I paid for a new control switch, when I used it to turn on the wipers the control switch fell off. I paid for mirror replacements and the mirror just flops around. After having it for over a month, they finally called to say the fuel problem was fixed, but if I wanted them to continue with the rest of the work, I needed to stop by and leave a deposit. I did that immediately. Another month and a half went by, and after spending thousands of dollars, the motorcycle still wasn't fixed correctly. When I tried to discuss the issues with Jim, he was rude and treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of something. In reality, I was the one who paid for repairs that weren't completed properly. I left multiple messages asking him to call me so we could resolve the problem, and I'm still waiting for that call. I'm sure the response will be, "Bring it back and we'll fix it correctly." That should have happened the first time. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop. I'd suggest taking your motorcycle somewhere else.

I get my bike serviced there, though the last time I went they took my hand grips off then put them back, expected, but the grips went from bright yellow to having a nice coating of gray dirt/grease. So that wasn't cool. If they went the extra step and actually cleaned the bike before they released it, that'd be great. Also, this last time I had to keep chasing them down to see what the status of my bike was, which was the first time this happened. Hopefully not an omen of decline, because I otherwise really like this shop.
