I think this place needs more reviews from those who have obviously had a good experience. Our car…read morelost a tire to an unexpected flattening, when this past Saturday night we were driving to our hotel and ran over some big damn nail--might have been something else with all that construction going on all over Houston. I just know it was ugly how it happened and we drove around with the spare tire on into the next afternoon after checking out a couple of other places that were supposed to be open on Sunday but weren't. My wife found these guys online and we went straight to them. Two of them immediately greeted me and they determined they couldn't patch the damage to tat tire but confirmed they had the tires of that size in stock. They quickly jacked up the car and replaced both rear tires since I figured we might as well get two tires since the tread was really low on both. The main thing is they were friendly, professional, quick and efficient. I paid only $90 for two tires that were pretty much like brand new. You can't beat a deal like that. So here goes my review for them, they had us in and on the road back to Austin in less than 30 minutes, and I think they're great.

I got a diagnostic at NTB and they told me I needed an oil cooler replacement and a coolant flush…read more NTB sent the car to Billy Lowery Automotive to do the work which I paid $1.7k for, they worked on the car for 4 freaking days. Not sure why it took 4 full days to work on the car but they took that long which I had to rent a vehicle to take my kids to school, etc. I didn't let that be an issue even though it was, I was patient. Once I received the car back it starts making popping noises when turning the wheel and driving, the noise gets really bad at times and sounds like something is about to break off. Mind you, THIS NOISE AND ISSUE DID NOT EXIST BEFORE I received the car back. I even confirmed with NTB and their mechanics, which tested my vehicle and drove it prior to taking it to Billy Lowerys Automobile, that this noise and issue was not an issue and was non existent before taking it to Billy Lowerys Automotive. I took it back to NTB and they sent it back to Billy Lowerys, who took 4 freaking hours just to find the noise that NTB found in less than 30 minutes, I called them for an update on my car and I was told they would call me back since every single person there was on a 1 hour lunch break. after another 2 hours I call NTB and they tell me they have my car back?! so they didn't even have the professionalism to call me back the guy that owns the vehicle and paid for everything. Billy Lowerys told NTB that it was "wear and tear" on my driver side lower control arm and strut and that they both needed to be replaced. I don't understand how the lower control arm ALL OF THE SUDDEN has wear and tear while it was parked and being worked on? If the vehicle wasn't being driven around or nobody was joy riding my freaking car then there shouldn't have been any change in my lower control arms condition. Even common sense can tell you that. Why would the lower control arm suddenly mess up while its parked? CLEARLY Billy Lowerys is a rip off and they will f*ck your car up either from joy riding or just to get more money out of you. It is not a coincidence that I got my car back f*cked up after paying $1.7K for the replacement of my oil cooler and coolant flush. That's insane. I would stay way clear of this shop unless you want your car to get f*cked up. The lady on the phone is also very rude and unprofessional.
