I don't often review auto shops, but for me this was worth a mention. I had to take my car in for…read morean oil change and I needed some brake work, and this spot was convenient. I've been here before with hit or miss service, but it appears they have upped their game, and I was more than pleasantly surprised The staff was friendly when greeting me, opened my door with a smile, and ushered me to the lobby where they had waters, a restroom etc. they almost immediately came in and gave me options in layman's terms and with no pressuring or "scamming" tone. There are windows where you can see your car, the workers, and everything is transparent. In the last k could see employees acting unprofessional, but everyone working this day was efficient, professional, and highly skilled At checkout I presented a coupon, but it was no longer valid. The staff member quickly looked up a discount code on their computer and marked my service down to more than I was going to get with my coupon. I was going to have to comeback for additional work an they quoted me, offered an additional discount, and quoted me an approximate time The services were provided in a skillful and timely manner for an affordable price. Again, I don't usually have a reason to report service at an auto shop, but I feel like the staff here treated me like a valued customer, and I really appreciated it. Some tips: Look online for valid coupons to use on oil changes and/or other services. If you don't want to wait in their lobby you can walk next door to the CVS to browse while you wait. If they need to do additional work and you're hesitant they will often try to offer some sort of discount, and it never hurts to ask if they are aware of any deals or promotions Cheers!!

Pennzoil Ten Minutes Lube - Old filter cap with filter remnants - they wanted to put this back on the truck on top of a new filter.

Edit 5/13/17 - I requested a chargeback for this oil change and after an investigation it was…read moreapproved. Just wanted to share to ensure to readers that my review was honest and justified. First impressions are not always correct. The shop is clean and the staff is initially friendly, but if a problem arises, beware. On Friday, 4/28/17, I brought my 2005 F250 in for a "10 minute," $112 oil change. I just bought this truck and this was my first oil change. Sorry for the following novel... While waiting, the shop manager came up to me with the filter from my truck and asked me if it was a one-piece filter and cap. I told him I didn't know and called PSP Diesel to ask them, and they said the filter should come out of the cap, but that it was possibly a one-piece filter/cap combo. I relayed this info to the manager who assured me he could get the filter out of the cap. Fast forward ten minutes of him tearing the assembly apart with a screw driver, and I had a broken filter/cap assembly and an immobilized truck. The manager then tried to tell me it would be totally fine to RE-USE the broken cap with old filter remnants still attached, and seat it on top of a new filter. That is obviously not okay if you care about your motor, so I refused. He told me I'd have to get a new cap if I didn't want to use the old one. I had to walk down the road to AutoZone and purchase a new cap for the filter housing for $30. At this point I was very frustrated and questioning their knowledge but remained polite and respectful. The new cap solved the problem, but at this point it'd been over an hour and I was sweating through my nice clothes that I was wearing to the engagement that we were now very late for. At checkout, I requested some sort of discount for the inconvenience and was told that this was not an option. On Monday, I decided to try to contact the owner of the shop. I called and politely requested the owner's info, which I guess infuriated the general manager who answered the phone. The conversation (and two that followed after being hung up on) quickly deteriorated. I was called a liar, yelled at, cursed at, blamed for not bringing the right cap (how was I to know? I don't change oil for a living and this was the first oil change), was literally told that I am not valued as a customer ("we care about customers, just not people like you"), was told that "10 Minute Oil Change" was just a name and they don't actually change oil in ten minutes, and was told that I was inconveniencing them and wasting their time because they were busy and had people to train. Not once did they admit that they made a mistake - the blame was squarely on my shoulders. He said the guy who changed my oil has been there for ten years and knows all about these filters...then why did he have to come ask the customer what kind of filter it was? Why did he rip the filter out of what was (in retrospect) clearly a one-piece assembly? Why didn't he tell me that it was a one-piece assembly that they didn't carry so that I could DRIVE the truck elsewhere to find one? Instead, he immobilized my vehicle, then left me to figure out a solution while he changed the oil in other customers' vehicles. I was clearly not a priority in any way, but getting my money sure was. The manager also blatantly refused to give me the owner's contact info and later claimed he WAS the owner. During this "conversation" I kept my composure aside from questioning how he gets business when he talks to dissatisfied customers so hatefully, and I politely suggested that he and his shop manager take a customer service seminar. I am frankly shocked at the customer service I received. I extremely rarely write bad reviews, but this was just too much to let go. I go out of my way to be kind to people, and I understand mistakes happen. Most people would have blown a gasket at the thought of having to walk to an auto parts store, but I politely obliged, naively thinking that the inconvenience would somehow be rectified. I didn't mind paying for the cap. I would've paid THEM for the cap if they had it, but they casually shrugged their shoulders and left it up to me to fix their mistake. I didn't mind paying for the oil that I did indeed receive. What I wanted a discount for was the poor service - I waited over an hour and had to walk to go find parts. Just all around not cool, and I really got treated horribly when I kindly and respectfully asked for the situation to be fixed. I will absolutely never use Pennzoil again.
