I went in today because we recently (past few days) bought new tires for my 2020 Chevy Blazer. The wheel was still losing air at a drastic rate. Went from 40 psi to 20 psi in a matter of minutes. This was originally why we replaced the tires. I went in, and quickly found that it was caused by a faulty sensor. They replaced it, free of cost, and were all very helpful, friendly, and very professional. I am very grateful to this location for taking care of my tire and making my day! Main appointment so that I didn't have to wait too long with a broken ankle and I was there for an hour and a half then they finally got my truck after me complaining several times and 10 minutes later it was ready I get in my truck and it drives like crap. It's shaking over 50 miles an hour like the truck is going to fall apart. I always dread getting my tires fixed. Not because there's anything wrong with Discount, but because they are always packed and it takes forever. I wish I could offer an opinion to fix the hour and a half wait, but other than building a new facility with more spaces I just can't. I got my tire fixed and my car drives well. I needed to get my tires rotated and since I have a warranty on my tires through Discount Tire, I always go to one of their locations. This was my first time visiting this location. I called ahead of time to check on the wait time. The man who answered (Stew I believe) was very courteous. He told me it would be about a 30 minute wait. Then he asked if I knew where they were located and gave me excellent directions. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by an employee. He took my paperwork and showed me to a seat. Meanwhile, another employee was offering customers bottles of water. Every employee that I encountered was professional and courteous. Within about 10 minutes, my car was taken to one of the bays to for the tire rotation. I was indeed in and out in about 30-40 minutes. My only complaint is that it was cold in the waiting room! Other than that, this was a very pleasant experience and I will be visiting this location next time I need to get my tires rotated. read more

I had a screw in a tire I had purchased there only a few weeks before and needed a repair. I called one minute exactly after they opened (8 am) and they told me they were already booked until 11. They said to come and do a walk in and it would be about an hour. When I got there, I was ignored for a full 10 min at the counter, then acknowledged and told it would be an hour. One and a half hours later I went back inside to see when they thought I would be next. Another full 10 min of being ignored until acknowledged by the cust. service rep. They then told me it would be another 20 min or more. Waiting in 95 degree weather in my van for 2 hours is not something I will do again. Next tire purchases will definitely NOT be at Discount. Don't go to this location. Save yourself two hours of stress. read more

Had two flat tires one morning including the spare. They are right across the street from my home, so it was easy to get to. The gentlemen working there were very helpful. Gave me several choices and costs with no pushing me into buying the most expensive tire. For what I've seen in other tire or repair shops, this one was very clean. I was literally in and out within 30 min -- including free service to air my tire & fix a flat, and then when they needed to go and replace it! Came here because I was having to put air in my tire every other week, I wasn't able to find the leak myself. They said they'd repair the flat for free if it was repairable (even though I didn't buy these tires from them). They showed me where the nail was, they said it was repairable. I'm a 24 year old female who has never changed a tire in my life. They sent someone to come get me and put on my spare and made sure I made it safely to the location. There is no comparison to Discount Tire. They have the best prices, warranty and service. You can pretty much get the same tires anywhere but you cannot get this quality of service and attention to detail like a discount tire. I have personally bought 13 sets of tires from Discount Tire over the course of 15 years on various vehicles. Every so often I have to use that warranty and man let me tell you what, it's the easiest process there is. You bring in your vehicle or tire that has a problem tell them what happened the problem is solved you leave. There's no arguing about a Bologna reason why this isn't covered. They stick to that warranty like it was part of them. One time I had a blowout in the middle of nowhere, no discount tire for a hundred miles. I bought a tire from some rinky-dink tire shop. The tire that I had a blowout on still have plenty of good tread. I called Discount Tire to let them know, they said bring it back and they will take care of it. I didn't really know what they meant by take care of it at that point because I had already bought a tire from someone else. When I got back they refunded me the full cost of what I spend on a tire even though I didn't buy it from them . Then they offered me the warranty that they sell on their tires on that tire for 15 bucks that's a no brainer. Even though they sell the exact same tire that I bought for less money they refunded me the full cost that I paid somewhere else because the tire that blew out still had tread left on. I could not believe how they handled that situation. After this I am a discount tires salesman for life. I will never stop telling people about how wonderful this company is. I have used this location a few times when visiting family in Houston. Never had any issues. Consistently great. read more
