If you're looking for a tire shop, WOODFOREST TIRE SHOP IS THE PLACE! A couple weeks ago my friend Kristen recommended this shop when she brought her banged up Nissan Altima to the shop for a new tire. She could not stop raving about how awesome the guys were especially Jonathan. Practically all her warning lights were on and he referred her to another local mechanic who was near by for a quote. When I needed some air in my tires, Moe hooked me up big time and filled up all the tires with a smile! All the guys I encountered were honest and so nice. Although I was only there for 15 minutes, I did notice that everyone really works as a team. When I arrived they were all working on one car together and right when I pulled up, Moe ran over to help! I promised Moe I'd bring him lunch or something one day and I haven't forgotten!

Store Location: Advance Auto Parts 439 Uvalde Rd Houston, TX 77015 Your store clearly displays a sign stating that business hours begin at 7:30 AM. However, when I arrived at 8:19 AM, the doors were still locked. When a female employee finally opened the door, I noticed that the employees were watching a movie. I approached the female employee for assistance, but she was unable to answer my question. I politely asked her to get another employee who could help me. Instead of receiving professional assistance, the male employee responded with an extremely rude attitude and was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. This is absolutely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not have to arrive at a business almost an hour after its advertised opening time and find the doors locked, only to discover employees watching a movie and then be treated with disrespect for simply asking for assistance. I understand that employees may not always have the answers to every question, but there is absolutely no excuse for poor attitudes, disrespect, or a lack of basic customer service. What concerns me even more is the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the employees at this location. Customers should not feel like they are inconveniencing employees simply by walking into a store and asking them to do their jobs. I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously and brought to the attention of both the district manager and corporate management. I would like an explanation as to why the store was not open at its posted time and what steps will be taken to address the unacceptable behavior I experienced. My rear passenger side tire kept slow leaking, and at first I thought I had a bad tire. Since my…read moretires were still under warranty from Sam's Club, I went there to get it checked out. Sure enough, they showed me where the source of the leak was (rear side of the wheel). What I didn't notice at this time was the fact that there was a small crack on the wheel (since the wheel was covered with soapy water and bubbles). I told the Sam's Club employee to go ahead and replace the tire with a new one, which they did. All good, right? Nope! My tire was still slow leaking so now I was confident that I had a problem with the wheel itself. I still didn't think it was a crack and I thought I just had a bead leak, which I could MacGyver myself using a bead seal readily available at your local auto supply stores. However, as I was getting ready to do this and I took my wheel off, that's when I saw the crack which gave me a 'Oh Shhhhhtttt' moment. And thus begun my journey trying to find a good wheel repair shop. After reading through some reviews on both Yelp and the popular search engine site, I came across M&M's, among other shops. M&M's was actually the 2nd shop that I had called. But M&M's was also the only shop that picked up their phone. The lady on the phone was super nice, gave me pricing, estimate repair time, etc., etc., etc.. Pretty straight up with the whole, 'the repair length really depends on how busy we are because a lot of car shops randomly send their wheels here to be repaired' or something along that line. Long story short, I brought my car in the next day. Talked to the lady and she gave me the same price that she had quoted me over the phone. And then another guy came out to look at the wheel. And after he took a look at the wheel, he gave me the same pricing that the lady inside did. So I told him to go ahead and repair it. I took the spare wheel out the trunk and he put it on and I went my merry way. Original estimate was about 2 hours to repair and I think it was more about 4 hours before they called me back telling me that the repair was done. Didn't matter since I was at work and wasn't planning to pick up the wheel until after work anyway. I went back, dude put the wheel back on the car, I paid. And over a month later, the weld still holds. I highly recommend this place if you need to have your cracked wheel repaired. They also repair wheel curb rashes and their prices are also reasonable (yes, I asked).

I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40!
