Immediate phone response, transparent pricing, modern payment methods (idk why but rare for this industry), arrives 25m ahead of the originally quoted time, grabs the muddy flat tire out of my hands to put it up for me, and then immediately provides an invoice for payment. No predatory upsell attempt, no hidden fees, in and out in less than 5m. Truly blown away with how they turned a disaster into a minor inconvenience at worst. 10/10

the service was great!…read more the whole process of getting a set of tires took about 2hrs w/o an appointment and it was pretty busy. there is seating inside, but its definitely not enough!! they need to consider expanding the waiting area because there was no where for me to comfortably sit.. so i left and went to guadalajara next door. but i should feel comfortable to stay. there is also an olive garden next door as well. i ended up needing to return my car for them to rebalance the tires.. for a couple of days after i visited dt, i noticed my car shaking as i accelerated and my tire light came on. needless to say, i took it back and they corrected the issue. but the issue should not have been an issue to begin with. tires are an important component pf a safe car... and after spending serious cash to update tires.. there should be no problem. (but i dont have to lecture a tire company on the importance of tires ) alas, they fixed it and my car is rollin' right again. make sure they balance your tires before leaving !! c.
