Then made me wait in a waiting room while everybody else was outside watching their tires being fixed. When I became visibly annoyed, one of the guys behind the counter started cracking his knuckles and loosening his neck as if he were warming up for a fight. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or like they were just trying to make a buck off me. Well back in May 2026 I got 2 new tires as my front tires were bald. My back tires still had plenty of life left. They put my new tires on the back and moved my older tires to the front. I immediately had concerns knowing the front tires were going to wear faster and my biggest regret was not having them switch them back and get the new tires on the front. Took my tires in today for rotation and they refused to rotate and put my more worn front tires on the back and move the newer tires to the front. Ultimately I was manipulated into buying 2 new tires. But when I did, I mentioned I wanted the NEW tires put on the front... and they didn't argue. Because they KNOW the front tires are going to wear faster and know that I've caught onto the game they were playing with me. In this day and age with how expensive everything is and how tight people's budgets are, manipulating people with tires is very dishonest and deceiving. I'm now how several hundred dollars I was unable to afford at the time because of dishonest and scam work. Won't be back after these tires.

Looked like a retread, they said it was new but replaced it again, still not completely satisfied but went along with it. So here ya go....we pointed out to two of employees, one being a manager how the first replacement looked, he assured me it was new, however as a customer we expect the same quality tire that we received the first time. I'd be embarrassed as an employee or customer to add it to my vehicle. We had 3 really nice tires and then one that looked like it came from a recycle shop. SECOND UPDATE: Manager of the store called me today. Had a lengthy conversation and stated he will look into that particular tire to check it out. I've had tires put on a wide assortment of vehicles: SUVs, sedans, sports cars -- all have performed perfectly. I had a slow leak that they discovered was a manufacturer's sticker on the inside of the rim. They dismounted the tire, cleaned off the sticker and no more leak. I highly recommend them!
