But both times Jonathan came out to repair the rims on my Tesla Model 3 Performance, he went above and beyond and made them look brand new again. The pricing is very fair, especially if you're having multiple wheels repaired, and they also offer repeat-customer discounts. Then made me wait in a waiting room while everybody else was outside watching their tires being fixed. When I became visibly annoyed, one of the guys behind the counter started cracking his knuckles and loosening his neck as if he were warming up for a fight. When I had my Lincoln MKZ inspected by Christian Brothers Automotive they told me I needed new…read morefront tires as they were worn out I checked back with a company I had used in the past and they told me I would have to drop the car off in the morning after which they would order the tires and it should be ready by six when they close. I called Christian brothers Automotive and they told me to try Tires by Design. I stopped by and they inspected the tires, and told me I would need three tires as one of the rear tires was also worn enough to require changing. They did not have my Michelin tires in stock, but said they could get the tires in the morning, and call me when they received them. They told me it would take only thirty minutes to change out the tires. I checked back the next morning, and the tires were indeed delivered. I pulled in at 12:15 on a Saturday, and they immediately pulled my car into the shop. The tires were changed out and I was back on the road within twenty minutes. I went home and brought my 2005 Suburban back to have the tire sensors changed, and they did that in about twenty minutes as well. The manager and the staff were great to talk with, the service was so fast I barely had time to finish a coffee. It was the best experience I have ever had at a tire store. I heartily recommend you try Tires by Design the next time you need your tires serviced.
