WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!…read more I went to Discount Tires to replace all new tires and was informed that one of my rim was bent/ warped. Told me that I should either get new rims or get it fixed bc it will wear out the new tire unevenly. So I found "Houston Wheel Repair " shop. I spoke to Tracy and I expressed my concerns about my rim. She feels certain they can fix it for me with their 25-30 years of experience with rim repairs. I felt confident to set appointment for Friday at 10:15am. Jimmy was the guy who took my info and what my concerns were.( I told him what Discount Tires told me) He wrote the order and asked if I wanted same day service. I said yes. He wrote $150 + $35(Same day service)asked me to put my initial. I agreed to the price for repair bent/warped and cosmetic of the front surface of the rim. Jimmy said will take 3 to 3 1/2 hours. (I left at 10:30am, should be ready by 1-2pm) I called them at 2:30 to see if it's ready for pick up. Sandra said will call me back. (Never did!!) I know they were pretty busy so waited til 5:30pm and was told the same thing. My husband and I decided to just drive there to see. When we got there they said it was ready. We paid and today Saturday , went back to Discount Tire to have them rebalance it and check to see if the bent was fix. Discount Tire said it's still bent/warped. Nothing done. They even let me take a video for me to show them. So I drove straight back to the shop to have them fix the problem. Sandra told me to talk to Jimmy since he was the person that took my order. Jimmy told one of the mechanic to inspect the rim and came back and said there's a bent on the rim. I asked jimmy, you told me yesterday you guys fixed it and all he said was we will fix the bent. I waited there for several hrs and finally came to me and said u are ready to go. I went to look at the rim and it was all scratched up. I asked Jimmy, aren't u going to fix the scratch marks on the rim. He said you came to fix the bent and we fixed it!! If you want the scratch fixed then you need to pay extra!! I was speechless. I told myself FORGET IT as long as the bent was fixed. ( I didn't want to deal with the rudeness and their dishonesty anymore). I left their shop by 4:30pm and drove back to Discount Tire to have them check it and balance for me AGAIN. When the tech told me that the rim was still bent and showed it to me.... I just broke down and cried. I couldn't believe I was deceived by their poor workmanship and lack of integrity behind their quality work!! I paid $200+7.26=$207.26 ( I had to pay extra for using credit card. I wasted my money and time for not having the issue resolved and the rim worst condition then we started. I knew one option was call my automaker, get towed to the dealer, and wait hours there for the repair. I'd be fine waiting at the dealer if it was on my calendar, but flats are unexpected, of course! Zohr came out to my house and were able to work on my car without even moving it. We first explored patching the flat tire, but the drive had caused too much damage. Zohr had the foresight to ask me what tires I had on my car, so when the patch was not going to happen, a plan B was good to go. Let it be known, my car (Audi Q5) has pricey tires. But even with the at-home service, tire cost, and install fees, I am still confident I saved money -- and hours of my time -- over going to the dealer. Will definitely be keeping Zohr in mind for future tire needs.

I am relieved to say Zohr is on my Top 5 list of best companies I have ever dealt with. Let's begin with the sad part. I recently purchased a super car and was looking forward to enjoying it when I ran across a nail from a construction sight near my neighborhood. I was pretty bummed but a friend reassured me Zohr could help. I spoke with Brian, the dispatcher, who recommended me tires for the vehicle and promptly scheduled me for a day later with their best technician. I paid the invoice and as promised the technician arrived to my home. The technician, Eric, was simply put.. OUTSTANDING. He's a very well-mannered and knowledgeable person who is a car enthusiast. He treats your stuff as if it's your own. I asked Eric what my tire tread depth was and he told me I had about 90% of the tire's life still there and could patch the tire without having to purchase 4 brand new tires at over $1,800 (with service and warranty). I was SO excited. I mean first of all where you find this level of honesty and care nowadays? And second, in the midst of a pandemic when it's nice to save where you can, here is a guy I have never met before (Eric) really watching out for me. It was a surreal experience. After some calls to the co-owner and Brian, we eventually settled on patching the tire. At first we were unsure the patch would hold because the tire I have has pretty soft rubber but with Eric's skill and attention to detail it worked. Brian came to my home also to oversee the process and make sure everything was going great. When I mentioned to Brian to please let the owner know I would be returning for my BMW M4 to get all of its tires replaced in the next 30 days and to let the owner know he hasn't lost a sale Brian immediately told me we care more about our customer and doing what's best for the customer. Brian mentioned he will be sending me a new invoice and refunding me the difference of what I paid. I was never feeling pressured to take all 4 tires or to choose the patch - they informed me and I made my own decision thereafter. I loved that. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. THANK YOU TO ERIC FOR YOUR HONEST AND HARD WORK. THANK YOU TO BRIAN FOR TREATING ME RIGHT. THANK YOU TO ZOHR FOR EMPLOYING A COUPLE OF GUYS WHO GIVE ME FAITH THAT HONEST IS BUSINESS IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL. TO THE OWNER OF ZOHR - I sent you an email. I meant every word.
