It fell off and mangled and broke the corner I have tried to reach someone since yesterday to have this resolved. As far as I get is being transferred and hung up on. This was clearly negligence and they don't want to be responsible.. After reading all the bad reviews, I realize this is an ongoing issue of failing to take responsibility. I am glad this is a minor issue for me and I'm not one of the other people that had their entire engine destroyed.

I changed my solenoid spool 2 days ago and its advisable to change the oil also. I arrive at today 9am 9/8/26, I also bring my oil and filter , the price to change oil was reasonable. They couldnt unscrew the oil plug, claimed it kept spinning, any one with half a brain knows the last oil changer over tighten the plug stripping it also cross threading it. They say the manager will come in at 1am. Im there at 12noon waiting then they say the manager will not come to the shop. They say they can put a temporary plug in until I can replace the stripped oil pan, which they are respondible for, I tell them there employee caused the damage, so they call the manager after arguing We negotiate to use the temporary plug they install my oil and filter free of charge , I would have to buy another oil pan and install...they damaged. .They couldnt install temporary oil plug, Im there for 3hours. they drain the oil but cannot install oil plug. I go into office sit down and tell the other customers what is happening to me, the oil changer comes in and says dont harrass customers, when im having a conversation, they call the police, the police tell me the owner can have my car removed so I call AAA. I tow to a station walking distance to my home it will cost me $850.00 to get another oil pan installed. The black owner is no good bad business practices and ethics, I have to go to civil court and that will be a year or two away.

I can get an eastern converter for 120.00. The front desk is Boy that should not be there. I went back and got the old catalytic converter.The Boy at the front desk exposed his true colors.
