Ive always gotten my tires at discount tire before and never had a problem here except for today when apparently discount tire couldnt screw the lug nuts back on (which they have done before) giving me no other option but to spend an extra 55 dollars on a new pair, absolutely ridiculous. Never ever come back here again for any tire services. Brought me car in a few days ago because it had a slow leak. Dropped it off so I could return to work. They called 3 hours later and said the tire was fixed. Didn't drive my car for 2 days since I had the tire "fixed." When I did, that same tire went down to its lowest pressure 19 psi from 32. I was appalled by the dishonesty and broken trust in this company and their incompetent employees. I have never had good experiences at this location. Their business practice has always been very shady and not trustworthy. I had asked for a diagnostic on my truck tires and 3 out of 4 tires were bad, they replaced them all for a very affordable price and were understanding the entire time. Today there was a mix up on the tire order and appointment (I had called and they didn't enter anything in the computer or forgot to save it). Well they had to order the tire but they installed a brand new tire till the correct tire gets here next week. All very nice guys and went out of there way to take care of me. This place is the BOMB.COM! They had contactless care, was told it would be an hour but it was about half that. Never.got.out.of.my.car! I couldn't get an appointment online until Tuesday, but came after having an appointment at Firestone that was cancelled without notice and couldn't get seen until end of day (regardless of pre scheduled appt) on a Saturday, my only day off from the hospital. Went in AM. Purchased tires. $1,179. Told they weren't in stock but would be in early afternoon. Waited at home all day. Then my wife called sand they said they had our tires and we could come back right away. When we got there I talked to the service desk and told him the keys were in the truck and sat down. 15 minutes later he came over and told us it would be another hour and 15 minutes wait. I practically live here. I paid another visit just this morning. My tire blew out the night before, and when I arrived the staff was very friendly and scheduled my car for service right away. It is normally very busy but the wait time is not too bad depending on your situation. I always purchase the insurance as I seem to clean the road with my tires. If there is an issue they can either repair or replace the tire. They have comfy chairs in the waiting area, and they also have some outdoor seating available. read more

I've been to this discount tire about a dozen times over the years for our cars and I've always had great experiences. They commit to their time tables if you make an appointment, which I've always been able to do same day. Since my car is in their system I was able to just call and check if they had any tires that would fit my car in stock, they made recommendations and offered to order others if I prefer, and overall we're very knowledgeable and helpful. They got my tires replaced, and have helped me many times in the past with removing rogue screws from my tires and fixing various issues. I personally get the hazard insurance as I seem to get many foreign objects in my tires and it paid off on my previous set of tires. read more

The tires needed replacement and I knew 2 needed replacing. Upon bringing the car, the other two were within a mm of needing to be replaced so did 2 one day and 2 in a couple more days. The next morning one of the tire sensors showed low pressure. I took it back and it was immediately remediated. Unfortunate that that happened but they worked quickly to make it right. Staff is friendly and helpful. The service was quick. I had been in an accident (no one was hurt) and I popped two tires and bent a rim. I had those tires through Discount Tire, and they were on warranty. So it cost me $41 to get two new tires. Now about the bent rim - they did not have the wheel I needed in stock, and that wheel was going to be expensive if they ordered it. So I went home and found a wheel online for half the price (Auto Rim Shop). I don't know much about cars, so I called Discount Tire to see if that wheel would work for my car. He said I could come in and they could look at the wheel to know the exact size of the rim, whether it was 18 x 8 or 18 x 8.5. So I took my car back to Discount Tire, showed them on my phone the wheel I had found online, and they took a wheel off my car to see the exact size of the wheel. They said the wheel I found online was right for my car, and that when I had that wheel shipped to me I could bring it in and they would put it on the car. Very helpful and great service read more

Added them to my "trustworthy car services" bookmarks because if you don't know how hard that is to find then you're not from this planet! Most times when I come here they fix my tire for free but when I(=my car) do need a more complicated fix they give me the options, including their opinion. I like that they inform me of what's going on with the tires. Something aside but equally as important is their customer service. Yes, you'll have to wait until your car is serviced. Yes, new tires are not part of the monthly budget. But the employees at this location are able to maintain a calm atmosphere for clients while they work non-stop. I also really like how they treat the elderly by coming to them and opening doors for them as well. I understand they're not a coffee shop but the WiFi they offer is laggy.
