Steve the manager here is amazing. My daughter came here today after getting a screw in a tire and needed a plug. They were able to do that and helped her with a new tire where the wire was showing and she was unaware. Steve truly cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. A definite recommendation from us and Steve needs all the recognition from the company!! read more

Hardest workers on the block! I drive many miles, I get my new tires here, my flats serviced, and my tire pressure fixed. Love these guys! Trust them 100% read more

Staff is friendly and helpful. The service was quick. I had been in an accident (no one was hurt) and I popped two tires and bent a rim. I had those tires through Discount Tire, and they were on warranty. So it cost me $41 to get two new tires. Now about the bent rim - they did not have the wheel I needed in stock, and that wheel was going to be expensive if they ordered it. So I went home and found a wheel online for half the price (Auto Rim Shop). I don't know much about cars, so I called Discount Tire to see if that wheel would work for my car. He said I could come in and they could look at the wheel to know the exact size of the rim, whether it was 18 x 8 or 18 x 8.5. So I took my car back to Discount Tire, showed them on my phone the wheel I had found online, and they took a wheel off my car to see the exact size of the wheel. They said the wheel I found online was right for my car, and that when I had that wheel shipped to me I could bring it in and they would put it on the car. Very helpful and great service read more

Added them to my "trustworthy car services" bookmarks because if you don't know how hard that is to find then you're not from this planet! Most times when I come here they fix my tire for free but when I(=my car) do need a more complicated fix they give me the options, including their opinion. I like that they inform me of what's going on with the tires. Something aside but equally as important is their customer service. Yes, you'll have to wait until your car is serviced. Yes, new tires are not part of the monthly budget. But the employees at this location are able to maintain a calm atmosphere for clients while they work non-stop. I also really like how they treat the elderly by coming to them and opening doors for them as well. I understand they're not a coffee shop but the WiFi they offer is laggy. But I appreciate the free coffee and water read more

Well I gave this location another shot and was disappointed AGAIN. I've tried 4 separate times now to come here and get some type of service and if the wait time isn't 3-4 hours in their busy time, I get ignored or forgotten about because these guys are literally writing peoples name down on scratch paper. I came today and got my name written down on some scratch paper.... Fine just as long as I get helped. Well over the next hour I watched everyone else get some type of follow up or hands on help and I made eye contact with multiple employees with keys in hand expressing I still needed help. It's already crowded enough and I hate being there, just hurry and get me out the door and take my money. I never saw that scratch paper again, everyone else would get hands on help and I got avoided by I believe 7 different employees. What a failure You need assistance with some restructuring and streamlining processes and implementing new processes, as I'm sure I can't be the only one who had this happen. 1 complete failure is too many, let alone a completely untracked amount. I also came to NTB down the road and had my vehicle in the bay in less than 10 minutes. I've always gotten good work here, they just historically haven't been as cheap. I guess discount tire is cheap because people will wait a few to several hours for mediocre service. As long as it's slightly cheaper I guess... read more

Drove up to an extremely busy environment thinking this was going to take forever! Walked up to the counter and someone reassured me they'd be with me ASAP. Someone attended to me pretty quickly, looked at my tires and took notes of my comments. My car was taken to the back and about an hour and fifteen min later it was repaired. Turns out I had 4 nails in 1 tire that was fixable. My keys were handed over with no charge. I had superior, friendly, customer service from everyone I spoke to and faster than expected! I'm never returning to NTB that always tells me something major is wrong. They are always trying to sell me something and the customer service is terrible! read more

I am writing this today because I feel compelled to convey how pleased I am with a few staff members at my Discount Tire location in Webster, TX, at 707 Bay Area Boulevard. Despite my fears going into researching new tires and wheels, my experience was actually very good and encouraged me to promote Discount Tire to friends, coworkers, and the like. Overall, the employees were courteous, friendly, and extremely hard-working folks. I literally observed them running from task to task, double-checking torque, etc. Visually I was impressed, but also personally when the staff assisted me so greatly with my intended modifications. Those who stood out during my business at this branch were employees Anthony, Josh, and Victor. These guys were courteous, polite, friendly, and treated me with respect despite my time constraints and requests with respect to my new tires/wheels. It was just a good experience and these guys made me want to come back. They most certainly deserve recognition, and I hope this will get them that at a minimum. read more

Very fast putting my new tires on. The scratched my wheels up a little, nothing major. They also put the wheel weights on very lazily. Don't think they will last the month before flying off. They were very busy. Felt bad for the staff. They looked overworked. read more

Friendly, fast and helpful staff! They repaired my flat in under 15 minutes and because I've been with them for a long time on many vehicles, it was complimentary! It pays to do business with a fantastic company that actually cares about their customer base. I will never go anywhere else for tires, and this is hands down the best location in the area. Thank you!!! read more

The dudes at this location are absolutely amazing! I came in because my TPMS (tire pressure light) was on for the second time in 2 weeks and I had just put new air in it! This is a service that costs nothing and it is amazing. Unfortunately, in my case, the rim was cracked. Which is why the tire deflated so quickly after I filled it up. I did have to purchase a new rim but the level of expertise, knowledge, and customer service I received from Josh and Anthony was outstanding. This is for sure the only place I'm bringing my cars to when I need anything done to the tires. TLDR: Josh and Anthony helped me out very professionally and showed me every option I had available. Great dudes. read more

Great job as usual! Really nothing else to add! These guys are great. Price is fair. Service is out standing and Devon was a pleasure to work with. read more

We checked in my car for a tire leak Saturday 7/9/22, we told them that it was on the driver's rear wheel side, sat there for an hour or so, then they said that the service was free, didn't tell us what was wrong with it. A day later we found out that they fix the wrong tire, hand prints all over the front driver side and none on the rear driver's side, we checked the tire only to find it leaking with a nail still inside. No wonder why the service was "free" , there was nothing wrong with the tire they "fixed" because they "fixed" the wrong one, they wanted to look like they had a good service and that it was free, super annoying. Now I have to look for tire replacement tomorrow morning. read more

The people who work here are just awesome! My tire had imploded on me (don't how that happens but it did) and was driving on a donut. I found this place with 5 minutes to spare. They were really kind and courteous despite the fact that I was essentially making them stay late. They definitely made my bad day better. read more

These people know there stuff. I was here before 8. Cause come on if u been to any tire place u know first come first serve and people all try to get their stuff handled first thing Saturday morning. The employees inside can see who got here first so there's not any fighting. They had me in and out. read more

Great experience with Mario and associates at Discount Tire on Bay Area Blvd. We needed new tires for my truck but was concerned about the covid situation. Monday night we chose the tires that we wanted on discounttire.com and made an online appointment for 12 noon the next day. We got there at 11:45 and Mario immediately came out, verified what we wanted and asked me to read the truck's mileage to him. He took that and our credit card back inside to process. He was back in about 5 minutes with the receipt and asked us to wait until notified to pull the truck into a service bay. I pulled the truck into bay at 12 noon and it was completely finished at 12:20. The point of all this is that we got 4 new tires replaced and balanced in about 1/2 hour without getting close to anyone and none of the service people ever got inside the truck. All the office personnel and most all the customers were wearing masks and maintaining the 6' distancing. This isn't the kind of service that I'm used to. Thought I'd pass it on. read more

I don't generally give out one-star reviews, but when you send me to another store to get a spare tire, and the other store doesn't have it, I have no choice. I'm out about 30 dollars in Uber because of their incompetence. If you tell someone they have tires at another store, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE DAMN TIRES BEFORE GETTING A CUSTOMER TO GET AN UBER TO THAT PLACE. I hope whoever sent me there sees this. read more

Jordan and grant took care of me...they will set you up exactly what you need and want...they explained all the perks and what's great to okay..i like that...just wanted to say thanks... front desk staff and managers were great...as for the installers...will that's a hit an miss but no complaints but they could of clean the wheels at least with all that grease or what ever it was to put the new tires on...no big deal...im happy overall read more

Always impeccable service. Tire prices are comparable, good tires aren't inexpensive anywhere so I'm reviewing based on the service. They are in the tire business so if you think you are going there for a tire repair only, they will check your tires and let you know where your tread stands. Attempting to keep you safe! Don't be in a rush. They will take care of you. I had a small nail in one of my tires causing a slow leak. The guys repaired it at no charge. Wow! Who does that these days? Discount Tires that who! You heard me right, no charge repairs! read more

One of my weakest virtues is patience. I have close to none, and after reflecting deeply, it could be because I have the attention span of a gnat. This being said, The inner 2 year old in me comes out whenever I have to wait for long periods of time, which is why I rather visit service places that use an appointment system. Like mama said, "I better shop around!" and that I did. I called several places for tires for my ongoing project "Save de' Hoopty" and Discount Tires was the best priced one. After the research phase was over, I simply looked online at the Webster location to see if my tires were still available. I was able to reserve them, and book an appointment for the next day. Fast forward to the day of service. I wanted to turn around and run for the hills when I saw the waiting room looked like the Texas State Fair. It was packed like they were giving away free pizza and all I could think was, "I'm never going to get out of here!" Well, I womaned up and marched my happy self to the desk to check in. MY tires were ready to go, they drove my car to the bay, and 35 minutes later I was out the door. The gentleman helping me out was awesome! He was fast, courteous, and didn't try to upsell me. My ride is smooth and because I was able to get out fast, I was able to treat myself to a nice cocktail at my neighborhood bar before heading home to the chaos. Note to others: take advantage of the online tools and reserve your tires / make appointments prior to showing up. It's a time saver and it makes the experience so smooth. read more

Recommend this discount location, the guy Jose really helped me a lot, blessed me today and understood my situation and what happened to my tire, great customer service and really put into action of the phrase "helping and being safe on the road" will be coming back for sure if any future problems happen read more

I rarely come on here to WRITE reviews, but the great service I received at DT-Webster most definitely deserved one I was dreading coming in due to the fact that it was partially because a DIFFERENT DT location put on bigger tires without informing me. What I assumed would be a horrible headache, ended up being the best DT experience I've had. The manager, James, had great customer service! He would joke around to make customers and his own employees smile and have a good time. I most definitely will be using this location moving forward. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Had a simple tire rotation done here. My truck has hub centric rings on it. Somehow they managed to get 2/4 tires right but stacked 2 rings on one tire and my other tire had no ring at all putting stress on my lugs. They could've cost me a lot of money in repairs if i didn't catch their mistake quickly. I don't understand how you only focus on tires and tires alone and you mess up this bad on a simple task. I can't imagine what other small details they overlook on more complicated tasks. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! read more

These guys are awesome! Walked in, no wait. Showed me what my options were for tires. Picked them and they went to work. Flawless.

I have been a long time customer of this chain and they've always done well for me and in my opinion they're one of the best tire places ever. I was so pleased that when I moved from Houston, TX to Ventura, CA that American Tire is the same company and I was able to keep that relationship. Today we had an issue with a tire on a rental vehicle in the Webster/Clear Lake area. Across the street from where we discovered the flat was this Discount Tire (ironically the same one I used to visit when I lived here). I drove over here and put more wear on the already damaged tire. Bruce met me at the door and he quickly assessed the situation. He's replacing my rental car tire at an extremely discounted rate. God bless him! Good man. But I believe it's because he works for a great company. Keep it up, guys! I'll be back again and again for my personal car tire needs. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. read more

I previously used Discount Tire near my house and my wife had a bad experience. I started to take my business elsewhere to an org that cared. Then I met Matt Nichols. having a conversation with him brought me back to Discount tire. I will continue business with this store and more specifically Matt! read more

I was in and out in 20 minutes. I made an appointment online this morning to get a tire replaced. I asked how long it would be because I've been here before and it's always crazy busy. Fortunately today for a Friday wasn't too bad. They told me about 30 minutes or so. I think I sat down for 15 and then they called my name, ready to go, no extra signatures or anything. I think this is the only Discount Tire I will go to in the future. Thanks Chris! read more

I've been coming to this location for nearly 5 years. I've had a warranty issue on one of my Michelin tires and I got a free replacement without any hassle. This Discount Tire Store is literally unbeatable. I had an appointment scheduled at 8:30AM today, Monday June 12th 2017. I dropped my car off at 8:05AM to have four new tires installed. I ordered the appointment and the four tires on discounttires.com the previous week. Upon arrival, I was informed that the tires I ordered online were discontinued. I thought, "great, here we go, I'm about to get upsold on this, that and the other". Before I could even say a word, the associate (who was incredibly friendly, efficient and knowledgeable) said, "we will upgrade you to the next best tire at no charge". Wow - literally shocked. So after dropping the car off at 8:05AM, I received a phone call at 8:25AM - thinking - "something went wrong, they don't have tires in stock, need to make a change, etc..." Wrong again. The guy on the phone goes: "Your vehicle is ready to be picked up". BLOWN AWAY. Are you serious? Four new tires, installed and ready to go in under 20 minutes?! Phenomenal. I ordered four $78 GT Radial tires and they gave me four $103 Pathfinder Sport A/T tires at no additional charge. This place is literally, the bees knees, when it comes to tires. Highly recommended. read more

I usually have had good service there and I have always purchased mine and my family's tires there at that spot, but today I was completely over looked while my car sat in the bay as other male customers came and went. I asked 3 times what was going on and they gave me a lame excuse. I had a nail in my tire it was supposed to be a 15 minute fix but I was there with my 85 year old mother waiting 40 minutes. Before I drove away I also talked to the manager of the store about the situation and I got the same answer "I'm very sorry." After being a customer at that location for over 20 years I felt like they could do with or without my business. There are many other choices for me to purchase tires that will give the same services as discount tire. If it had been any other situation besides this COVID danger and me having my elderly mother in public with me I may have not taken the time to write this bad review, but the shoe fits. read more

Giving a 5 star shout out to Chris for the best experience I've ever had at Discount Tire. He was very helpful and attentive from the beginning. I went in because my tire pressure light was on. When I got my tires checked, the young man informed me one of my tires was at 17 and had a nail in the side wall which could not be repaired. I parked and went inside and explained this to Chris who came outside to look at my tire and confirm. He also helped me find out that I actually had warranty on my tires (my car was purchased through Craigslist so I had no idea, but the owner of the vehicle kept all of his service receipts so this was an easy find). I extended the warranty for an extra $20 and got the tire replaced at no cost. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes. Very thankful for you guys for making my experience so much easier (I was already having a rough morning). Definitely kept my spirits up the rest of the day, not gonna lie. Can't thank you guys enough. Will be coming back here for all my tire needs!! read more

This is an upgrade or change to my review of Discount Tire on 6/23/2016. Mr. Pete Simon called this morning and offered to "make it right" I brought the car back to him today and they did the balancing and rotation I had planned to do next week. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks. read more

Went into discount tire on Texas avenue and had horrible service. I felt like they gave me too many excuses of why thank can't replace my tire that has 40,000 mile warranty and I purchased the separate insurance. I went into Kemah Discount Tire and they listened to my problem and took care of it in a matter of minutes. Bay Area Discount Tire needs to be more like Kemah Discount Tire, they were professional and wasnt just trying to make me spend more money. I literally had the tires for 2 months. They refuse to place the tires with better tread on the front of your car, even if you tell them to. I had a front tire blowout on the freeway a long time ago and it was scary.
