They had the truck for 13 days and drained all the coolant out of the vehicle, broke the temperature gauge, and broke the air conditioning. We tried them because we had broken down in the Kemah area and saw their company. We were able to (barely) get it back on the island where we found someone who actually knew what they were doing. These guys may can change your oil with minimal damage to your vehicle, but I wouldn't chance even that.

I have always been treated nicely. Always got a good value for the quality tires I bought. Never had an issue. One time, the day before Hurricane Rita was coming, I got a flat tire just before closing time. I called and told them I could not be there until 10 minutes after closing. They said bring it in, and they would get it fixed. I got there and it was like NASCAR. They got a whole team of guys on my car, changed out all the valve stems, and had me back on the road in around 10 minutes. I wrote their corporate a letter of thanks. I go here no matter what. Still great service since 2005.

When I spoke with Emilio he said he had cleared it with his manager and would be able to get me $22K for the car. When I arrived I was told that Emilio was at the call center, not on site. I was offered $18K & finally negotiated up to $19,500. They said there had to do an inspection & replace the windshield. I wasn't going to leave a review. But then Tony, sent me a text about leaving a review. I told him what I already stated above. He was defensive in stating they are in the business to make money. I agree with making money...just be very careful when dealing with these people. Oh, by the way the car is listed for $22,999 at Bacliff Auto
