They had the truck for 13 days and drained all the coolant out of the vehicle, broke the temperature gauge, and broke the air conditioning. We tried them because we had broken down in the Kemah area and saw their company. We were able to (barely) get it back on the island where we found someone who actually knew what they were doing. These guys may can change your oil with minimal damage to your vehicle, but I wouldn't chance even that.

I have always been treated nicely. Always got a good value for the quality tires I bought. Never had an issue. One time, the day before Hurricane Rita was coming, I got a flat tire just before closing time. I called and told them I could not be there until 10 minutes after closing. They said bring it in, and they would get it fixed. I got there and it was like NASCAR. They got a whole team of guys on my car, changed out all the valve stems, and had me back on the road in around 10 minutes. I wrote their corporate a letter of thanks. I go here no matter what. Still great service since 2005.
