DO NOT GO HERE. I Came here in February to get my brakes done. When I got my truck back, the brakes were shaking, so I took it back. He admitted he had forgotten to resurface the rotors, and that everything would be covered under warranty if I could give him the receipt (which I did). Fast Forward to pick up, he charged me $550. I called the owner G and told him that I needed my rack and pinion steering replaced and I already had the new parts and asked how much it would cost to do the labor. He didn't even know what price to quote me said and he asked me to call a couple other places and see what they would charge me and to call back and let him know what they told me. I did that, and when I called him back he told me a price, we agreed on it and I told him I would drop the car off that day. I called back a few hours later and his son answered and I told him that I was gonna drop it off that night after they closed and leave the keys under the seat and I left my phone number and he said ok. I dropped the car off that evening like I said then I waited almost 2 days and hadn't heard anything. I called up there and ask him what was going on? He said that the front tire was flat and that I needed to come up there and fix it that he didn't wanna pull it into the garage with a flat. (Btw it had a spare tire in the back that was in perfect working order that I guess they weren't capable off putting on) So I came up there the next morning and put the spare tire on then went in to talk to the owner, G and he then said it was fixed and asked him how long it would take for him to finish with the repairs. He then told me that a bunch of other stuff that had absolutely Nothing to do with the repairs we spoke about then said he didn't know how long it would take him to fix it. I said WHAT?? Well how long will it take? He was very rude and said I didn't even ask him before I dropped it off! I said if it was an issue when I told you first then your son I was bringing up here why didn't you say you couldn't get to it?? He made no sense and then I said look, how long will it take sir? He then said idk ‍ 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks! Like are you kidding me?!?! Wow how unprofessional and complete nonsense! He obviously didn't wanna work on my vehicle and why I couldn't for the life of me tell you or what I did to him to deserve this horrible treatment. To make matters worse he then said if my car wasn't gone off his property by the next day he would have it towed!! What complete GARBAGE! He def doesn't care at all about his business obviously or customers. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy! One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a merchant and definitely a mechanic who charges $100 an hour! read more

I came in because my tire pressure light came on indicating pressure was low. I drive in and asked if they could take a look and to my surprise they juiced up all my tires at no cost! I was willing to pay but it was very sweet of them to be so attentive and do it at no cost! I will definitely give them a try in the future. read more

This is the absolute worst mechanic I've been to in my 40 years. Was told to drop off my vehicle at a specific time to be looked at. Was lied to and told my vehicle was being worked on first. After calling for an update I was told the parts were ordered. How? I was never even told what was wrong. Then I was told the guy working on the car was going on vacation and that it would take a week to look at. So how were parts ordered? Finally I'm told they were unable to get my vehicle in their garage. No one thought to put it in neutral and push it? It's a small 370Z. Never once in 3 days was I called. I had to call them every time for an update only to find out my vehicle was never even looked at. Then the owner gets mad at me and tries to blame everything on me. Do NOT use this mechanic. I was referred to him by a friend but now none of us will do business with this shop. read more

I took my car here for an oil change in July. It was driving normally until about 1-2 weeks ago and then it was Slightly jerking and a little sluggish. A few days ago it wouldn't start at all. I had it towed to the closest Nissan dealership. They inspected my car and said whoever had done the last oil change had forgotten to replace the top and oil had been spilling all over the engine, battery and alternator. The dealership took a video of everything covered in oil. They said the alternator and battery malfunctioned because they were covered in oil. Today I called Seabrook Express Lube and asked to speak to the owner. He was as uncooperative as you can be. He said oil should have been leaking on the ground and I should have smelt burning if this were true. He asked why I had not brought the car in sooner and I took him originally it was driving okay this took awhile to happen. I told him I have a video showing it and asked if he wanted to look at the car himself. He said no and would not listen to my complaints or look at the evidence. He said the dealership told me the wrong information and it has been too long and they aren't responsible. Noone has touched my car under the hood lately except them. He didn't even try look to and determine if it was their mistake. He completely dismissed my claims and now I have to pay for a new alternator and battery because of someone else's mistake. I would never recommend this place because if something happens because of negligence you are on your own. read more

I had a good experience. My car is getting up there in mileage so I've been paranoid I'm driving around in something that's about to go tumbling off a bridge. After a small tune and oil change he said my car is still a good car.. he test drove it, showed me everything he was replacing up close and personal under the car and it's been 6 months since then. He fixed several real "problems" (those damn EPA emission sensors!) with my two decade old Lexus and at a price much lower than others quoted! This business has been in Seabrook for about 15 years. I have taken my cars there to get inspections and oil changes during those 15 years. I never had a problem until this week. I took my car to get an oil change and the owner who did the change forgot to tighten the oil filter. As you can imagine the oil drained out of the car. The engine started knocking and the engine light came on. I took the car to the dealership as the car was still under warranty and when they pull the car up they found the filter and the underside of the car full of oil. The repair bill was for $6000 as it was not cover under warranty due to the negligence of Seabrook Lube Express. I went back to Seabrook Lube Express and asked the owner if he could contact his insurance company to get an adjuster to come out and look at the damage, the owner told me he was not going to call his insurance because he never makes mistakes. I try to reason with him telling him that we all make mistakes and all I was asking was simply to call his insurance and let them make the decision. So his answer was, I have a reputable business with repeat customers and never had any problems and may be someone got under my car and loosen up the oil filter. I couldn't believe he said that, again I pleated for him to call the insurance and he flat out said, "I'm not going to call my insurance get a lawyer if you want" read more

Beware. this guy is a cheat. Called and he gave me a price of $25 for oil change. When I arrived I verified the price. After the oil change he charged me $35. I argued with him and he said I misunderstood. I told him I had a coupon for another shop and would never have come there for that price.
