Quick and thorough full service oil changes for both of our vehicles were a breeze! Totally transparent and honest guys.

I totally agree with the other reviews here. Benjamin is honest and a very capable mechanic. He also has the best prices.

After being turned away at another car shop nearby, Texas Complete Auto Repair did not shy away…read morefrom our diesel Range Rover. Once the technician identified a leak in the turbocharger oil line, he sent us a quote including pictures and videos, and called us to explain the issue in detail. We got the car back two days later, looking pristine inside and out, which was a nice surprise. Their shop rate was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend them!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one star…read more I was explicitly told my car would be completed the same day if I brought it in. Based on that promise, I rearranged my schedule and dropped off my vehicle. After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

However, today I had my car there for a full…read moreservice and when I returned home to put back some things I had taken out to make their cleaning easy, I noticed that a box containing a brand new battery charger and which I had under the passenger seat was no longer there. My wife who helped me take the things out also saw it. I went from my home there and back home. Did not stop anywhere else. I called to inquire if they took it out to clean and they told me they would check the cameras and call me back. I never got a call back. It is disappointing after leaving a nice tip to the cleaner.

When I walked up I noticed several spots that didn't look clean. The mechanic handed the car over to the detail guy who also drove my car to the detail area for a second wipe down. I then got in my vehicle and drove to the dry cleaners at NASA rd. 1. To my surprise the car would not start because they didn't leave the key in it! I called multiple time and the phone would ring and transfer to fax. Someone finally answered at the other location and told me they would get in touch with the manager. I had to take an Uber both ways. It's was almost $50 round trip to get my keys and for the person in charge to tell me that it was his employees mistake but that it was also my fault for not checking! What? Not checking for my keys when 2 employees just drove my car around. Why wouldn't I think the keys are in it? The auto detail was sub-par at best and the attitude over the entire situation was absolutely upsetting. They will see if they are going to reimburse me the cost of the uber. Yeah right. Fat chance. Just like me ever coming back.
