I prefer to get my car inspected at Jiffy Lube because they always have coupons. For the past few years, I've been able to use a 50% off coupon for inspections so it ends up being $12. Each time I go (either this location or the one on Main in Pearland), the service is fast. The staff is friendly and professional too. If you sign up for emails, they will send you all sorts of coupons that can be used with any Jiffy Lube that is affiliated with the Allied Lube Group. The email includes a link to stores that are in the group so you can check before you go. read more

Amazing! I had a 10/10 experience. I brought my Audi here for an oil change, and it was a smooth process with such a sweet staff. They know they're cars, and I trust them. read more

I called for inspection , oil change and ac filter change . Staff was super professional, amazing service.

Amazing Service! Everyone was super nice and they were quick to get all of my services done. I will definitely be returning.

I do not know why they mark the services they say they provide as DONE or completed when they do not do them. My husband went recently to do an oil change and they marked things like cabin filter checked, vacuum done, glass cleaned etc, and they did not performed any of those services, which was extremely obvious. There is a doubt in my mind about whether they really performed the other more important services. read more

Went in for an oil change and well they did not do a good job at all they made a mess im very upset they also recommended to get air filter change and when placing the new one they shoved it in braking a vent now my vehicle makes a horrible tapping noise every time ac is turn on.. such a horrible work I'm never going back to this place read more

Jiffy Lube - There is oil all over it - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Pearland, Texas

I felt so taken care of here! I came to get my inspection done and they also let me know about my brake lines. They got me in and out and had phenomenal customer service! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place! read more

I have a fiat and some places never have the correct filter so I have to go to the dealership which is far from my place and takes forever. One time the mechanic accidentally didn't but on the cap correctly and I noticed and checked my oil so I called and the manger sent a two guys to fix my car right away and every time I come they check a lot of thing on my car I truly like coming her for the service.. I work in luxury retail and definitely get a great service here even better than the dealership.. if they can own up to a small problem effectively then I truly trust them with my car read more

I just had the most pleasant experience. I needed a Serpentine belt replaced and called several places that quoted me from $190-300, with and without the part. I know nothing about cars and when I called, Chad told me exactly what I needed to do. I purchased the belt and they installed it for half the price of labor since it was only a 30min job. I just saved more than $100 and I'm thankful he didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance about cars but rather informed me about my car. When I brought my car in, I was greeted immediately by Elijah who already knew what I needed. And he and Chad got me in and out in less than an hour, honoring their word about the price. Thank you both and I'll definitely be returning to this location for all of my car's needs! read more

I've been coming to this location for years. I stopped for awhile when service was bad and eventually gave them another opportunity. Until today! I'm so mad! I went across the street to get my car cleaned after the oil change. I could not find my key. Jiffy left it outside my car sitting by my wiper blades, instead of inside where I had left it. They didn't vacuum the inside like they normally do. Fortunately I was getting my car cleaned. But this was a big disappointment! I'll be looking for another place to get my oil changed from now on! read more

I have been here just twice over many years to get an inspection, only because KwikKar is not open on Sundays. This place gives you a fast-talking hard sell for so many other things they claim you need. I just hate it. In addition to a $25.95 inspection, the lady said I needed: $26.95 air filter, $19.95 fuel additive because the air filter was so dirty so my fuel must be dirty, and TWO $46.95 air cabin filters. I guess she's on commission! I don't trust them at all, they just try to upsell you on a bunch of extra junk you don't need. The last time I was in there, they were pushing those real expensive wiper blades. I guess since it hasn't been raining much here recently, they are now pushing air filters. Also do not give them your email or phone # or they will bug you forever. AVOID. read more

Don't come here. They'll scam you. I asked for oil change and they told me I had all these things wrong with my car, knowing for sure that they were lying. read more

I usually go to the location on Fuqua but since I'm in the this area I decided to come here. What a difference from the other location I'm use to here they do engine diagnostics, tire rotation, and tune ups! The staff is VERY knowledgeable about everything! Keep up the good work Jimmy Lube! Three thumbs up! read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Pearland, Texas

Let me start by saying they do a great oil change. My problem is that they are not using mask when they go in to your car they did put on gloves but that was it. In this times of uncertainty we should all be using precaution; if not for ourselves then for others. Remember that you could have it and show no symptoms and be giving it to others. Those others have older parents, grandparents and children. read more

The woman manager I'm assuming is very nice and tells you what you need by explaining everything to you but not forcing you to do anything just recommending things you should. Also been to other locations and the service is not comparable to this jiffy lube what so ever... I would highly recommend this place the only reason it's not a 5 star review is because you do need some money for each individual service and it can come to a pretty decent price but the quality I think in my opinion is worth the price read more

After getting an inspection they brought my cabin and engine air filter to me and told me it would be $82 to change. I changed it myself for $26 from autozone. They're trying to rob people here. Very sad. read more

I'm pleasantly recruited!! :) :) After my second disappointing customer relations experience at the Friendswood Jiffy Lube (on 528 & Winding Way) where I was rudely snapped at for asking about a Groupon and oil types, I drove the few extra miles to Pearland. Being new, I parked in back and was greeted by a very energetic and busy Erika who asked how she could help. I began asking her the same questions that I put to the guy at Friendswood. She seemed to stop her mind to only focus on my concerns, then explained she'd have to consult my history to give definite answers but directed me to pull to the front of the bay to get started. If I wasn't pleased already, there, as I exited my car was a very chivalrous man to open my door, and the front lobby door , making me feel sure I'd made the right choice in bringing my business there. In the end, Erika sat with me in the lobby and explained what my cars needs were, the cost and the estimated wait time, as well as how I should follow up since I wanted to change my oil type. THANK YOU ALL, at Jiffy Lube, Pearland!! You've earned, not only a customer in me but also a 5 STAR review and any referrals I can send your way. read more

I use to bring my car here all the time for a quick oil change until they blew my fuel pump. Then they blamed me for it happening. Last I checked I wasn't a mechanic. The general manager and manager where unhelpful and mean. I called jiffy lube directly and they said there was nothing they could do. I recommend no one come here or to any Jiffy Lube. Get your oil changed at your car dealership. read more

Beware- everything's all nice and legit until you are actually there. Not a jiffy lube kinda gal but I was around and called this location. Requested an oil change and was quoted $45 for oil change, maintenance check, air in my tires and vacuum inside interior so I came here. I was bombarded with all these things my truck "needs" repaired before checking out and also advised that they don't carry the oil my truck "requires" so I needed to upgrade to their "specialty" oil that is "recommended". Anyways walked out paying $87 on a $45 quote. I swear these people milk you. Thanks Jiffy but I had the same air levels as I drove up and vacuum was 1/2 ass. Never again. read more

I went to the "Jiffy" Lube thinking it would be expedient. It was NOT! After a 2 hour wait, they finally completed a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon, but they try to charge me full price anyway. Don't waste your time here. read more

This was my first time here and they exceeded my expectations! I will not go anywhere else from now on for oil changes and inspections. Highly professional and upfront with me about all the services that I needed and what my options were. read more

I have used this location exclusively for my oil change and minor auto needs. I usually am in and out fairly quickly, and the staff is friendly. I appreciate being given a thorough walk through of my auto's health everytime and I have been made to feel pressure into a sale. Thanks team, keep up the great work! read more

Slow lazy employees and a waste of time. Went for a simple tire rotation and waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't have the socket to do the work. read more

My first time at this location and the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was just at another location, but they referred me here because they didn't have my filter in stock. Upon arriving, I was greeted with very kind people. I'd definitely recommend you visit this location. read more

Best customer service n brakes done in a timely fashion manner. Thanks to Erika for taking care of me and the mechanic. I'll definitely go here again! read more

Jiffy Lube - Rainy and empty today. Love it!! This means faster service for an oil change and state inspection. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Pearland, Texas

Brought second vehicle to a second location and nothing less than my previous experiences than the first location located on Pearland as well! The employees are very welcoming and just kind overall! Nice gentleman. Fast as well might I add. I'll continue to take my vehicles to jiffy!! Keep up awesome service!! read more

I came in for an inspection and the lady that helped me was so nice. I had 2 dirty air filters that she showed me but didn't pressure me to buy them. She said if I had trouble installing them since I'll be getting myself that they would install them for me. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. I hate doing inspections because they always seem to take forever. read more

I drove in with a beat up 10' tall RV and at first I was turned away for I was told that I wouldn't fit into their service bay; this is the 2nd JiffyLube that I was at this morning (1st was W. Broadway). After some mild pleading they decided to give it a try - I fit. The onsite manager Marlo walked me through all of the other service options but I was only there for the oil change; it was then that I told him that I'd be using a Groupon coupon and he accepted it with no problem. The Keurig coffee machine looked promising but it was broken; the bathroom was clean but the door isn't hung correctly and needs some umph to close. Free wifi, magazines and TV to pass the (brief) time. Definitely a quick oil service, however the initial refusal lowered my rating. read more

Please save yourself money and do not go here. I wish a zero star rating was possible. We took my truck in for state inspection, and they did not pass it because they said my back brakes were metal to metal. When I gave them a look like they were incompetent, they told me "it looks like it must have just happened." I guess they think consumers are idiots. I know my brakes are ok, maybe not brand new, but still functional, and definitely not metal to metal. Meanwhile in the waiting room, another customer who had been waiting quite a while there had said that she's heard them tell several customers that their brake pads needed to be replaced and did not pass the inspection. So- after I paid, I went to another state inspection place that I've been to before, and they said my brakes were JUST FINE. The only reason I came here was because I needed an oil change, and it's close to home- well I will NEVER EVER go to these cons at Jiffy lube at 3201 Broadway in Pearland again. Thank you also for trying to screw over two veterans (my husband and myself). read more

Today is my second time at this location. I love going to jiffy lube because your in and out in about an hour for an oil change. I always get the regular conventional oil I have never had a problem with it. I recommend this location. read more

Cost me $117 for an oil change with a synthetic blend and replacement of the air filter! Also charged me to top off coolant! This was the best service we've had at a Jiffy Lube! Ronnie was very informative and helpful. At one point they needed to access the wheel lock, so they came and asked my husband to get it instead of searching around themselves. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I'll definitely be back. read more

Always get excellent service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Dominique A gets 5 stars for great customer service.

I'm so bummed. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a couple of years and they have always been very pleasant to deal with. Last night my husband replaced all 3 of my windshield wiper blades and today when I went in for an oil change the Jiffy Lube tech told me I needed my wiper blades replaced because they were brittle. It is so sad that they are willing to lie to their customers to make extra sales. read more

Today I got my car detailed and remembered my tires seemed a bit low so I drove across the street to Jiffy Lube and this gentleman by the name of Alex was extremely friendly and I asked if perhaps they could check my tires for me and he said absolutely no problem. I always go to this location because it's right by my house and they always do an excellent job doing all changes for me I would recommend my friends and family to go to this particular location for fast and friendly service. I'm not sure about other females but I hate putting air in my tires, so I really appreciate Alex taking time to check my tires and put the necessary air in them for me, I will always be a loyal customer to this particular location. Thank you very much Alex! #GirlInBlackJeepLiberty read more

To all my Pearland peeps- beware of Jiffylube at 3021 Broadway. Long story short, but I needed brake pads replaced, they called and said my rotors were so damaged that they couldn't even be turned and that I'd need new rotors (hefty price tag of course). I knew this was not the case so I took it to Honda of clear Lake to be repaired. Honda of Clearlake replaced all four brake pads and assured me that there was no damage to the rotors and advised me never to go back to Jiffy Lube. Robert at Jiffy Lube LIES. read more

I probably should've listened to the reviews and not have taken my car here. I paid $75 for my oil change and they were supposed to clean my interior floors and Windows. For that price, it should've been done. I should've checked before I drove away but I was in a rush, then looked at my floors and guess what... They didn't clean it! They also didn't apply my $10 discount to the price even though I showed it to them. I called and expressed my concern and the guy tells me " then just bring it back then " I told him not to worry about it, because I didn't feel comfortable going back by myself. Well all I can recommend is to find somewhere else to get an oil change. Because this place doesn't do as promised. ): read more
