The owner "Eddie" screamed at my husband so loud it scared me, and another lady in the waiting area. He was furious that he was being questioned on an issue. Insisted that we had work done somewhere else, after Kwik KAR. We had not. We got in my car to leave, and he screamed at his employee as we were leaving. I called to get his name, and was told it was Eddie. I called back to get his full name so I could give a review. He said he was calling the cops because I was threatening him. I should have called the police from his place of business for the horrible, threatening manner he used on my husband, and his employee. Total disgrace. Clients should be valued in every place of business.

What I got instead was one of the most blatantly dishonest service experiences I've had in years. After waiting, I was told the alignment was "done." Except... nothing had changed. The car drove exactly the same, and when I asked for the alignment printout, things suddenly got weird. That's when I was told they "need a special tool" to align a BMW. So let me get this straight you supposedly completed an alignment, but now you're saying you don't have the equipment to actually do it? So no work was done according to the printout? And yet they still charged me. When I called them out on this there was no real explanation just backpedaling and vague excuses.
