I've had tires put on a wide assortment of vehicles: SUVs, sedans, sports cars -- all have performed perfectly. I found a place that only wanted $600 labor I wanted to use Ben so I went to his shop to see if he would match the price. He did!!!! I waited on Friday, May 29th for Benjamin to return my call but he never called. Now it's the weekend and my car is still not diagnosed. Once the technician identified a leak in the turbocharger oil line, he sent us a quote including pictures and videos, and called us to explain the issue in detail. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one star…read more I was explicitly told my car would be completed the same day if I brought it in. Based on that promise, I rearranged my schedule and dropped off my vehicle. After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

It's like finding the perfect nail salon or hairdresser. A girl just needs a good mechanic. What I like is that they don't blow smoke up your butt. They tell you how much it's gonna be and that is what you're gonna pay. They did an excellent job on my oil change and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The two men who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful and they didn't try to rob me blind because I'm a female. My car sounds and is driving as good as new. Just what I like.

1/5 Stars - Complete Nightmare…read more I brought my truck in for a check engine light, though it was running perfectly fine at the time. After their diagnostic, I approved $700 in repairs for a purge valve and vapor canister. I was asked to pick it up at 3:00 PM, but when I arrived, the truck wasn't ready and clearly wasn't running right. I had to come back the next day, and it has been a disaster ever since. The truck is now undriveable. I nearly got into a serious accident trying to merge into traffic because the vehicle just wouldn't accelerate. I am currently having it towed to another shop to figure out what they did. To make matters worse, they tried to claim it might be the oil pump--an issue that wouldn't even cause these symptoms and was already replaced recently. Avoid this shop. I paid $700 to have a functional vehicle turned into a safety hazard. Review will be deleted with a refund.
