There is never hardly a wait because these guys get down to business fast and efficiently. Driving around Houston takes a toll on tires, and they have been able to deliver and plug or patch my tires whenever other national chains refuse to. I also get my state inspection here, and that runs from 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Prices are also very affordable. Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from…read moreGoodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I will definetly go back to Discount Tire in the future.
