My engine starts making this horrible noise and so I check my oil stick- NOTHING!!!!!! NO OIL IN THERE!!!!!! And NOBODY had touched my car since I took it here. They quite literally have messed up my life with this mistake. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I still have my receipt with the names of who emptied my oil and NEVER replaced it. This is irresponsible and absolutely unacceptably ridiculous. And yes the bolt at the bottom of the drip pan is still there intact so I KNOW THESE PEOPLE NEVER PUT NEW OIL IN IT!!!!!!

That completely defeats the purpose of having an appointment in the first place. Called around 1:40 pm for status and the car was not pulled in for service yet. Notified there were only 2 workers who do alignments so it's taking longer than usual. Not only were they short staffed, they accepted more jobs than they can handle and didn't honor the appointment time. Received a call at 3:15 pm the car was ready. Asked for the wheel alignment report to show the left front was the same measurement as when it was brought in (red/not aligned). Was given so many excuses as to why the wheels were not fully aligned. The report was never emailed and apparently no longer printed in store. A picture was taken of it by Bradlie and texted to me instead. My car now pulls to the right when it didn't prior to bringing the car in.

Then...the mechanic begins yelling at me with a wrench in his hands, "look lady it's either $40 or $80 we not talking to no one because "YOU PEOPLE" don't wanna pay." Immediately, I had them to put my truck down, paid the $40 fee that the mechanic cohersed me out of by refusing to lower my truck. Now, the manager tried to get me to stay & I declined. YES, I LOST $40 in 10 minutes.... I took my business to Axle & Wheel Aligning Company off of Ritchie Road.
