Basel the Manager said they would look at in 2 Days, so I waited 4 Days before I called to check on it. They had not looked at it at that time it took a total of 7 days to look at it. On 9th day I called again to see if He had got a hold of Warranty Folks, he didn't have the card and or Number I text and left him. So, I did that again waited another 2 day and called back. He said He waited 2 hours on hold, and I would have to call them, I did 23 minutes I was in the System and called and left message of Such and he would have to do that it is your job. They want to speak with You. He just flat out refused to do his job, so I ended up having it towed to another place which they did it in 1 day. During this whole Time Basel the manager never pick up the phone and let Me know any updates. I run a business and if I did that, I wouldn't have a business. I had to initiate ever Communication. Rotten way to do Work and waste Customers Time. I also noticed they do not allow reviews on their Website and Reviews or bought and paid for. BEWARE.

I needed work done to my truck, several things in fact and with the up coming holiday I new they would be busy so I called on Tuesday of the week and scheduled to drop my truck off on Thursday so they could start diagnosing my issues bright and early on Friday. I didn't hear anything on Friday so I called them around 4:30 PM (more than enough time to look at my truck) and I was told "We haven't had a chance to get to it yet". I had an appointment! How could you not have gotten to it yet? So I spoke with the manager and he was the guy that I had talked to on Tuesday to setup the appointment. He told because he wasn't in the office on Thursday when I dropped the car off, it wasn't put on the "hook". The only thing I can think of is that no one told anyone else that my truck had been sitting at their shop for 24 hrs with nothing being done to it. So I was told my truck would be "next in line" to be looked at and I would get a call by closing time so I would know definitively what work would need to be performed. I received no call. I got a call from them around 10:00 AM (they open at 7:00) and he told me about 1 of my issues. None of the other issues were even looked at. Long story short - 1 problem got fixed, 2 others did not even get looked at and now I need to find another shop to take my car to. Total waste of my time. If you have time constraints, think twice about taking your car here. Even if they tell you differently.

Not only were they short staffed, they accepted more jobs than they can handle and didn't honor the appointment time. Received a call at 3:15 pm the car was ready. Asked for the wheel alignment report to show the left front was the same measurement as when it was brought in (red/not aligned). Was given so many excuses as to why the wheels were not fully aligned. The report was never emailed and apparently no longer printed in store. A picture was taken of it by Bradlie and texted to me instead. My car now pulls to the right when it didn't prior to bringing the car in.
