Now....I wouldn't expect that kind of service every time, but it's a gesture, in a critical.moment for me, that showed me not only that my patronage is valued, but that they are supreme human beings in a time when that just doesnt exist much anymore. I shared with him that he would have to earn my trust for me to continue to be a customer. Well, unfortunately that did not happen. Here is why. First, I did not get the feeling that he is well versed in the auto repair business, he was unable to answer some my questions on the inspection report although he tried, but I know enough to know that he really did not know the answer. It seemed to me that he is more of a salesman than a manager. Second, once the inspection was complete, an e-mail of the results was sent to me followed by an estimate. Upon review of the inspection report, I was unable find one of the issues that I had mentioned to the manager. When I asked him about it, his response was, we did not have that issue here. Once talking to the tech, he informed us that he indeed did have that issue (seems to me he is not communicating with his techs). While comparing the estimate to the inspection report, I found that they did not match. I informed the manager of this and he revised the estimate to match the inspection report. Third, once I approved some of the items on the inspection report, the manager informed me that my truck would be ready no later then the end of the next day. The next day, I called about 3 hours before closing to check if my truck would be ready. The manager told me, IF I SAID IT WOULD BE READY THEN IT WILL BE READY!!. Well about 30 minutes before closing I get a call from the nice young lady in front informing me that my truck would not be ready today but for sure no later than 12 noon tomorrow. Seems the manager did not have the balls to call me himself after his cocky guarantee that It would be ready. Well, no later than 12 noon tomorrow turned into 2 in the afternoon. When I went to pick up my truck, no sign of the manager, no thank you, no appreciate your business. When I walked out the door, I was met by James the tech that performed the work on my truck. He asked if I would like for him to walk me through the work that he performed. Got to say I did appreciate that, and he was very thorough explaining all of the repairs he had performed. So I paid the bill and left. Upfront I was told by the manager that I would not be charged for anything without my prior approval. When reviewing the bill to the estimate , I found a charge that I had not approved. I have contacted them about this and I am waiting for a response. Just as a side note, their selling point for there high prices is the 3 year warranty they offer. Don't think this is a free service, I think it is the reason that they are so much more expensive than other shops. If you do not want to pay for a 3 year Warranty then this is not where you want to take your vehicle. The only reason I did not give a 1 star, is James the tech, and Allissa the young lady at the counter. They were very kind and professional. I will update this review when and if I hear back about the unauthorized charge.

I had my car's transmission serviced at this location and had to return my car twice within a week…read more Upon the first return, the problem appeared to be negligence as I just had my transmission serviced and the very next day transmission fluid began running out like water from a faucet. This business would not admit fault, just blamed it on a faulty cap. A week later my car would not start, at first thought it appeared to be the battery, but the battery is 2 year old battery and it tested out to be fine. I called this business and Alex offered to have it towed back. Magically, according to Alex there was nothing wrong with my car and it was just fine.....now he tells me that I owe for the tow which he offered. The other tows called by Mr. Transmission did not require payment. Alex never stated that I would be responsible for the tow. This business held my car hostage until I paid cash for the tow that he requested...$125.00 I would never recommend this company to anyone as I do not believe that they are honest. Not to mention that the employees are rude if you challenge/question there service methods.

I purchased a remanufactured transmission through this facility to have installed in my vehicle, the transmission they installed failed within a few months. The vehicle was then brought to another repair facility under warranty where I've just been told now after almost a year of dealing with the warranty I've discovered this a used transmission was installed and sold to me as a remanufactured transmission essentially robbing me and forcing me into so many other issues like Towing fees diagnostic fees, dealing with the back and forth lies excuses and complete failure in customer service the worst experience I've ever had with any repair facility and I'm still dealing with getting this issue resolved. bring your car literally anywhere else and save yourself the trouble of being robbed swindled and lied to.
