So I have nothing but great things to say about this location. Coming in as women to a "tire shop" was something that I kept putting off because of being taken advantage of in the past! I came in for a simple tire repair and left with not only four new tires but more knowledge and comfortably of being able to do something like this in my own! The manager greeted me warmly and explained to me the whole process and what was going to be done as well what needs to be done. He didn't pressure me into anything and left the decisions completely up to me. The process was simple and quick. The installation was quick and the technition was very respectful. I had a set of tires put on 15Feb2016 at the 45/gulfway and needless to say they did a horrible job. Within five days i was needing to put air in my tired a few days later again. The manger was very rude and long story short I will never return or recommend anyone to that location. I've bought over 10 set of tires and wheel and never experiences horrible service . (At South more) Now i do recommends everyone go to the Southomre location. They have the best service and the Manger Isia Ibarra was very helpful in helping me with no hesitation and worked with my schedule and found that all my rims were not clean properly the first time. This is my second time to be using Rent-A-Tire, the staff is amazing. When I got my tires and rims put on, the staff stayed after hours to accommodate around my work schedule. The manager Joel is really nice, as well as Nancy and Isaiah. The team goes above and beyond,it's nice to see a company that treats their customers like family. I was needing to buy new tires for my car and my aunt had guided me to Rent-A-Tire on Sophomore in Pasadena. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Juan the manager which was really impressive. As I searched through the store I wasn't quite interested in any of the rims that were at this location so he helped me search for rims I might be interested at another location. In the end I ended up getting rims & tires from another Rent-A-Tire location. Juan was nice enough to go get the rims & tires for me and had his team install them in no time. They helped me get the tires I needed at the price I could afford. Customer service is EXCELLENT! Always friendly and helpful. It was so easy finding what tires and rims I wanted! These people were very helpful,they cared about saving you money and meeting your needs.
