I hung up with my son, Alex, and contacted Alton (after hours) to let him know my son was in the market for a new motorcycle. Alton immediately contacted Alex to begin asking fitting questions. Alex was pleasantly surprised at how quick Alton responded since I had JUST hung up with him. Alton lets NO grass grow under his feet! Alton sent Alex numerous options, he actually proactively LISTENED to what Alex was looking for, began fitting toward Alex's wants and needs. Alex was shopping for a bike while out of town. Everything was being handled by remote. Alton (fitter) and Johnathan (sales) make a great well oiled, efficient, pro-customer driven team. Alex traded in his 2018 Harley for a 2026 Road Glide. As Alton & Johnathan progressed, you could actually see things moving along seamlessly. Information updates were constant. As finance progressed, the new 2026 Road Glide was immediatelt removed from the floor for further detailing to prepare for release/pickup. It took less than three hours to complete the deal. We purchased a used motorcycle in February 2026 and were strongly encouraged to buy the extended warranty for protection against major repairs. In June, while attending an event in North Carolina, the clutch failed, leaving us stranded. An authorized Harley-Davidson dealership advised the clutch had likely been failing before we purchased the bike and should have been identified during inspection. However, our warranty claim was denied because the clutch had allegedly been repaired by a non-Harley shop before our ownership. We had no way of knowing the bike's repair history, yet we paid for a warranty that offered no protection, forcing us to spend $1,800 out of pocket. This experience has left us feeling misled and deeply disappointed in the Harley-Davidson brand.

After having it for over a month, they finally called to say the fuel problem was fixed, but if I wanted them to continue with the rest of the work, I needed to stop by and leave a deposit. I did that immediately. Another month and a half went by, and after spending thousands of dollars, the motorcycle still wasn't fixed correctly. When I tried to discuss the issues with Jim, he was rude and treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of something. In reality, I was the one who paid for repairs that weren't completed properly. I left multiple messages asking him to call me so we could resolve the problem, and I'm still waiting for that call. I'm sure the response will be, "Bring it back and we'll fix it correctly." That should have happened the first time. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop. I'd suggest taking your motorcycle somewhere else.

Today I went to check on it and it was "ready". I stopped down the street to fuel it up and it wouldn't start so they came down and jump started it. It made the 8 mile trip home but it's still not right. I would recommend going somewhere else. They didn't even call to tell me it was "done".

They replaced two new tires and 600 miles later, I had a flat and was left stranded 120 miles from nearest shop. $1,500 later for a tow and a new tire, it was discovered the reason for the rear tire to loose air was a corroded air stem valve breaking apart. I called Discount Motorcycle Tires and their response was quote "It's your fault, you didn't ask us to check the air valve stem" in my opinion air valves are part of tire service and by default should be inspected and replaced. it's a $3-$5 dollar item and a safety issue. We are on two wheels not four. Most people would not mind the extra cost and it takes the tech 1-2 minutes to change out. Seriously folks be careful taking your bike to this place, the excuse they gave me and then accusing me of causing the tire install failure is a reflection of how you will be treated and the work they do. Not only was the quote I initially received from them noticeably less than the other shops, but it went even lower because Stephen was more than happy to make changes to the equipment to fit the price range I wanted to stay with. The work was completed in a timely manner. There was an issue with the equipment, not the installation, and Stephen helped me troubleshoot it a few days later at no cost. I will be returning to Loudmouth Cycles whenever I need something installed or repaired on either of my Harley's (they only work on Harley Davidson Motorcycle) in the future and encourage anyone who needs good work done at a reasonable price to do the same.
