Dr said 2-4…read moreweeks so I paid for a month thinking that if I was lucky enough to get off it earlier I could just get a refund. So, 2 weeks later I am back in a walking boot. Woo hoo! I called them to see if they would need the actual credit card to issue a refund for the unnecessary two weeks. I was told "we don't give refunds." So I am out $50 for two weeks I don't need the scooter and no recourse. Keep this in mind when dealing with these people.

I do not fully understand how this determination was made or how it permits such a significant charge. I did not explicitly authorize the purchase of this item, nor was I informed of its cost beforehand. While it may be permissible under current billing practices, it does not seem reasonable or transparent. Situations like this raise serious concerns about fairness and clarity in medical billing practices within the U.S. healthcare system.

This is a fraudulent company. I had a minor outpatient surgery lasting for 3 hours done 3 years…read moreago. It was done at an outpatient surgical center. Without my consent or knowledge, a limb compression device was placed on me for prevention of blood clot. This was a v short procedure and risk of blood clot forming would be minimal. My health insurance was subsequently billed for $495 which it declined. 3 years later, I got a bill for $495 for a service that I did not consent for. Looking at other reviews on this company, it is obviously doing questionable business.
