The item was provided by the surgical facility. Prior to my procedure, I confirmed that the facility was within Cigna's network. However, I later learned that a portion of the services or providers associated with the facility may be considered out of network. I do not fully understand how this determination was made or how it permits such a significant charge. I did not explicitly authorize the purchase of this item, nor was I informed of its cost beforehand. While it may be permissible under current billing practices, it does not seem reasonable or transparent. Situations like this raise serious concerns about fairness and clarity in medical billing practices within the U.S. healthcare system.

This is a fraudulent company. I had a minor outpatient surgery lasting for 3 hours done 3 years…read moreago. It was done at an outpatient surgical center. Without my consent or knowledge, a limb compression device was placed on me for prevention of blood clot. This was a v short procedure and risk of blood clot forming would be minimal. My health insurance was subsequently billed for $495 which it declined. 3 years later, I got a bill for $495 for a service that I did not consent for. Looking at other reviews on this company, it is obviously doing questionable business.

i would give zero stars if i could. i got a hospital bed from this company a few months ago. the…read morerails are too long i need shorter rails. when i talked to them, they told me they would see what they could do and they would let me know. the next day i get a phone call from the driver saying he was on his way to my house. no heads up, nothing. it wasn't a good time. i asked that he leave the new rails at my door. he said, "it don't work that way. i have to put them on and take the old ones." i can't leave the old ones at the door if you'll leave the new ones then my boyfriend can put the new ones on. again, he said, "it don't work that way". then he got arrogant, cocky and rude. he wouldn't let me speak so i told him to go blank himself and hung up. you don't go to people's houses without notification and that's what they tried to do. i called the company to complain against the driver and got more rudeness. this company sucks big time they do not know how to treat people or appreciate them. go elsewhere. you've been warned.

I had a very bad experience with AMP when I called about a problem that I am having with my son's…read morerail on his bed today (6/8/21). The guy that I spoke with was very arrogant. He told me that I would have to pay $100 for new rails for this bed. He told me that he would have to have a payment up front and asked how would I like to pay and I responded monthly. He asked how much and I said $10 and he told me to call back when I had the money to pay. He said that he did not have time for this. I asked what his name was several times until he finally said that he was the manager. He would not give me his name. I have a hoya lift, hospital bed, wheel chair, foam mattress and motorized wheel chair that I have received from this company. I owe them nothing. All of the balance I paid. I am trying to get in touch with my dr. office to let them know that I do not want their service anymore because they are to order two more products for my son that has MS.
