Also, the discussion with office to learn about service and arrange booking were excellent.

I was not at all familiar with this process. We used Fast Care Medical Transport to get him to his latest appointment. The driver, Montzy, arrived at the expected time. She got the patient out to the van, and carefully secured for the ride. I rode along in the front of the van. The drive was comfortable, and Montzy drove very carefully and safely -- no abrupt lane changes, no sudden stops, and no attempts to run yellow lights. She told me about some of the safety features, such as GPS tracking and other monitoring. She was very compassionate in moving and securing the patient. When we arrived at the doctor's office, she gave me a card with the number to call when we were ready to leave the office. I was happy with the service, and would not hesitate to use and to recommend Fast Care Medical Transport.
