Non of those companies came close to the quality of construction and the materials needed to construct a quality fence and gate (In my case two gates), that were the same in price as other competitors, but built properly using larger dimensional sizes of wood, the depth of the wooden post, and the heavier duty hardware. Not only was the estimate detailed and complete, but accurate. Micah the Supervisor, was very knowledgeable about the fence business and was very honest and friendly when he presented accurate information when I wanted to cut corners, or comparing his company to others. The workers were uniformed, professional, and cleaned up the area thoroughly when they were finished installing the fence. I will call on his company again when there are other fencing needs. I also thought they were a local company, wanting to support a small business and they run ads to make you think that they are (which I fell for) but they are a national company. You get handed off from person to person throughout the process with no continuity of service, which should have been my first flag to go with someone else. This pattern continued when on the day of service a man and wife show up at my door. No company logo on their clothes or truck. They also didn't speak English, so when I open the door the man just said "fence" and waits for me to walk him to the fence. I had done the video walk-through during the quote process but no one showed it to the two-person fence crew to prepare them so he doesn't know what to do. He calls someone else at the company (not the account rep I had previously spoken with) and puts them on speaker to have them try and translate between us as I'm explaining the job to be done. The person on the phone doesn't understand because they can't see it, and the guy on site can't understand because of the language issue. The fence ends up being completed but not to what was agreed to prior in the quote process. I'm not thrilled but figure it's not the end of the world because they said during the initial quote that if the fence was shorter than expected or supplies not used they would refund it back. That was a complete lie. I've spent months calling trying to get it sorted out and corrected. It takes weeks to get a return phone call from them. Then, they just stopped answering or returning calls altogether. I saw another review that said their phone system is set up to not answer calls they don't want to answer, and this is 100% true. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with for a service company.

Our house took on water when my washing machine malfunctioned and flooded about half of the first floor. For the most part Chau did a decent job and is a nice guy. The job consisted of replacing carpet, padding, baseboards as well as repainting where the base boards were demoed sheet rock was repaired. There was the typical added cost that the contractors never tell you about upfront and to be fair sometimes they don't know. In this case Chau had a difficult time getting a paint match done by Lowes. Which in my opinion should be pretty simple. Because he couldn't match it he had to charge me EXTRA to make the paint blend. Of course I can agreed because I wanted everything to look as it was before considering my house was built in 2022. After he was completed and paid in full, I noticed significant deficiencies in the paint job. When I reached out to Chau I got no response. I also sent him the pictures that I've attached here and still no response. Some of these items may seem small, however, as a professional if you choose to neglect the small items and details, it makes me question the larger things I didn't and can't see. BE CAREFUL!
