Devin and his team provided THE ONLY positive experience throughout our entire remodeling process…read moreand if I could go back in time, I would've contacted them first! We made the mistake of trying to touch up our walls ourselves and it was a complete disaster! After having our new floors installed though, I decided I wanted a new color altogether (and in a hurry) so I sent out a project request through Yelp. And lucky for us, Devin responded! From the start, Devin worked tirelessly to find a solution for the conflict between my vision and my bank account! He was incredibly patient with me and all my tweaks to the original request. It took me longer than I expected to make a decision, but he was still able to get me on the schedule the same week and for a great price! The first day, Devin and his team came out and meticulously taped up every edge, took down the blinds/curtains/TV's and covered the floors and cabinets. They painted the walls in all of our communal spaces over the next few days and we even had them repair the wall that was recently damaged by a different company. Throughout the entire process, he kept me posted on progress and checked to make sure that we stayed on the same page with placement. When they were done painting, they took so much care to make sure there was not a drip of paint out of place or any evidence that they were ever there at all. With all the time and care they put into this project, we could really tell how much pride they have in what they do. They went above and beyond our expectations (and previous experiences) to make sure this was a stress-free experience. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!! I've already requested (and received) quotes for our next projects with them.

After I talked to the others, I went with Diego. He had good reviews and has Yelps guarantee. From the time I spoke with Diego, he had one of his installers at my house in an hour. The installer was professional and had my fixtures installed in about 2-1/2 hrs. Pricing was good. The installer had to go to Home Depot and get some water lines. There was no up charge for these items - he gave the that invoice. My next project will have a call to Diego and Vayeyo.

After requesting a quote for fence repair following Hurricane Beryl, Dean from Tri County was o…read moreThe first business to respond. He came out to quote the job within a day or two. Dean was great to work with, responsive, and provided timely updates as to when they would be able to come out and get the work done. Communication was 10/10. They had to schedule us out a bit to get the work done, but we didn't mind as fences were down all over the city due after the storm. They dropped off the fence materials the day prior, and got all work done within the expected time frame. Used quality cedar, that looks way better than the stuff my neighbor's 'guy' used. You can see the difference. Amazing work, will definitely use again.

One... the fence was not level with the gate and two... when you close the gate it sags to the point where it hits and does not self close. I contacted Dean regarding this and he stated they would come out that week to take a look. They never came and after almost two months of trying to contact them, I have given up. I have emailed, texted, called, and left messages but they refuse to answer. Really sad because I would have given them a very good review initially and probably recommended them to friends and clients. I would not recommend them. Thanks - paul
