We used Katy Fence to install a safety gate outside of our pool. Oscar is fantastic! Super responsive and very knowledgeable. His pricing was extremely competitive and his crew came out and completed the project in a timely manner. We had issues with our gate loosening over time, as soon as I reached out to Oscar, he had a team back out to the house and fixed the issue right away. They were contracted to come out and replace a section of our metal backyard fence that was damaged by landscapers. They did a phenomenal job! Professionally done and pre-work and post-work communication was top notch. Arrived at the exact date/time that was communicated in advance. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

We hired Katy Fence Company to replace about 120 feet of fence destroyed during the recent Houston storms. We wanted a custom 6' 8" fence with a rot board at the bottom and a finished top. also included a gate and a sealant/stain. Things could not have gone better. The owner Oscar Gutierrez came out and gave us an estimate and within 2 weeks our Fence was completed. A slight delay to inclement weather. I have never seen a better fence before. It's amazing. A quality custom wood fence which will last for years. The craftsmanship and detail is unparalleled. And as amazing as the fence was the fence crew. Hard working, friendly and absolutely dedicated in doing the best job possible. I've never had better communication with any contractor before. Oscar kept me up to date on a regular basis And immediately responded to changes and addressed any concerns I had. I could continue to rave. But you get the idea. I contacted Oscar and mentioned that I was in the market to have my Picket Fence replaced. He came out and we discussed the material and what I exactly wanted. Oscar was knowledgeable about fence construction. A great competitive estimate was quoted and we agreed on a start date. The fence was installed within a day and about two hours the next morning. Throughout the job safety was practiced and there was a constant cleanup. The finished product looks great. I am getting complements from neighbors.
