The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.

Been shopping here for many years. Never have I had an unfriendly experience, however I'm also the…read moretype not to wear my feelings on my sleeve, and people are allowed to have off days. That being said the team members working there are always helpful. They don't always have all the parts I need on hand, but since I'm patient it's a non issue. In most situations the parts arrive that day or the next morning. I have had my daughters go up to the store to have codes read when I couldn't help them out and they always took good care of them including installing the part. All that said I saw they had a negative review rating so I though they deserve a more efficient non emotional bias review so people know that sometimes it's not the business, but the people they are helping that make things difficult. As far as getting what you need at an auto parts store goes this O'Reilly gets job done.
