These guys impress me! They are helpful, professional, fast, considerate and their prices are reasonably fair. We have used them for multiple services, purchased parts, had an old EZ GO golf cart serviced and modified and finally just purchased a new golf cart and we found NO FAULT in every single person we dealt with. Their prices were very reasonable. The golf cart was finished before we expected it. So they were prompt. They worked with us in trying to accommodate everything that we needed and even offered some solutions that saved us a lot of money. Not very many businesses would do that. If you need to buy a golf cart, buy parts for a golf cart or have one repaired this company would be the guys to go to. We have a couple golf cars, one which we purchased from here. We always take both of them to Conroe Golf Cars whenever they need repairs though. Their customer service is top notch. They also have a HUGE selection of aftermarket stuff, which you can either DIY or they have a big service area and can customize your golf car to however you desire. I also have an old cushman 3-wheel personal carrier which they were able to repair and runs great now! They sell both new & used, and have acres upon acres of carts to choose from. If you are coming from Houston, take the 75/Frazier street exit but stay on the feeder! You will see them along the right side of the road. read more

Purchased a golf cart about 2 weeks ago...transaction was very effortless. Thanks Kassye! But, the reason for my review...everyone can make a mistake, there was one on my cart. One of the post of the new batteries was over tightened, so as I used it one day, the connection started to overheat. We shut down the cart. As the cart was 150 miles away, I went and purchased a new battery and cable. The following Monday, I presented the bad battery, cable and receipts to Conroe Golf Cars...they did NOT hesitate to accommodate me. Apologized for the inconvenience and took care of the situation. There is simply no reason to purchase a custom golf cart anywhere else. My wife suffers from paralysis by analysis so you must believe me when I say we looked and went everywhere when trying to find a cart that would haul clubs, cargo and/or kids. We dealt with a salesman named "BA". He was knowledgeable, courteous and made us believe he was working in our best interest regarding, quality, price and service. Our budget ranged from between $4,000.00 & $6000.00. After deciding to go custom as opposed to a unit from their HUGE inventory BA custom built an absolutely beautiful cart to our specs and price range and had it delivered to us in Clear Lake in under two weeks. They then picked it up two weeks after the initial delivery to install the Sunbrella enclosure. They then returned it to us the day after that all at no additional charge.
