We live in Kingwood, which is about 40 miles or an hour away from Conroe Golf Cars, but after hearing so many glowing referrals from neighbors in our community, we knew this was the place to go for the best golf cart at the best price. And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! I had already visited several other golf cart dealers and worked through pricing with them, but apparently, I saved the best for last. When we arrived, Charlie Liller greeted us, and from that moment on, it was clear why everyone raved about him. We looked at numerous carts and even took four for a test drive. Charlie answered every question we had on the spot, giving us a thorough rundown of the pros and cons of each model. He was knowledgeable, honest, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured--Charlie has the patience of Job! After carefully reviewing all the options, we finally settled on a Club Car with a lithium battery. The negotiation process was smooth and easy, and once we agreed on a price, we were in and out with just the swipe of a credit card. Now we're eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new cart this Wednesday! Charlie and Conroe Golf Cars absolutely live up to the hype, and now I understand why they're the talk of the town, even in communities like ours, an hour away. If you want the best experience, the best selection, and top-tier customer service, go see Charlie at Conroe Golf Cars. You won't be disappointed! read more

Great sales staff. Excellent repair. Largest and best carts available anywhere. A real pleasure in doing business with these guys and girls. They know their products. read more

These guys impress me! They are helpful, professional, fast, considerate and their prices are reasonably fair. We have used them for multiple services, purchased parts, had an old EZ GO golf cart serviced and modified and finally just purchased a new golf cart and we found NO FAULT in every single person we dealt with. Their prices were very reasonable. The golf cart was finished before we expected it. So they were prompt. They worked with us in trying to accommodate everything that we needed and even offered some solutions that saved us a lot of money. Not very many businesses would do that. If you need to buy a golf cart, buy parts for a golf cart or have one repaired this company would be the guys to go to. The guys names (that I remember) that were helpful are Harold and Bret in the service department and Chris in sales. These guys are fantastic. My highest recommendation. If you need anything Golf Cart related you need to visit the Conroe Golf Carts Center in Conroe Texas. I would drive a long way to deal with people I trust. And they have my trust. read more

Thank you, Harold, for taking the extra time to try to figure out what was needed on our golf cart. I also want to thank Chris M. who took the time to change out the tilting mirror in the blazing heat of the day. We appreciate you all taking care of us. read more

We have a couple golf cars, one which we purchased from here. We always take both of them to Conroe Golf Cars whenever they need repairs though. Their customer service is top notch. They also have a HUGE selection of aftermarket stuff, which you can either DIY or they have a big service area and can customize your golf car to however you desire. I also have an old cushman 3-wheel personal carrier which they were able to repair and runs great now! They sell both new & used, and have acres upon acres of carts to choose from. If you are coming from Houston, take the 75/Frazier street exit but stay on the feeder! You will see them along the right side of the road. read more

Purchased a golf cart about 2 weeks ago...transaction was very effortless. Thanks Kassye! But, the reason for my review...everyone can make a mistake, there was one on my cart. One of the post of the new batteries was over tightened, so as I used it one day, the connection started to overheat. We shut down the cart. As the cart was 150 miles away, I went and purchased a new battery and cable. The following Monday, I presented the bad battery, cable and receipts to Conroe Golf Cars...they did NOT hesitate to accommodate me. Apologized for the inconvenience and took care of the situation. Curt and his staff are a true class act. Highly recommend !!! read more

Great people, pricing and service. Bought a new 2022 Club Car Onward and couldn't be happier. They delivered and forgot a couple things but promptly called me and shipped to have the next day. John (the owner) is very helpful and engaged. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience. read more

There is simply no reason to purchase a custom golf cart anywhere else. My wife suffers from paralysis by analysis so you must believe me when I say we looked and went everywhere when trying to find a cart that would haul clubs, cargo and/or kids. We dealt with a salesman named "BA". He was knowledgeable, courteous and made us believe he was working in our best interest regarding, quality, price and service. Our budget ranged from between $4,000.00 & $6000.00. After deciding to go custom as opposed to a unit from their HUGE inventory BA custom built an absolutely beautiful cart to our specs and price range and had it delivered to us in Clear Lake in under two weeks. They then picked it up two weeks after the initial delivery to install the Sunbrella enclosure. They then returned it to us the day after that all at no additional charge. This was a fantastic buying experience for us and we got exactly what we were hoping for and more. read more

Not impressed with the level of customer service. Bought a golf cart about a year ago and wasn't overly happy with the sales person and just recently needed a replacement part for the front, and got little assistance and attitude. Will do business with Lara's from now on. read more

We custom made a golf car this past week with Shay and she has been by far the best sales associate we've ever worked with. She was always in contact with us, she was never pushy and just wanted us to make the decision for our family. Our golf car is by far out of this world, they had it ready to go within 10days of placing the order. Shay made the ENTIRE experience perfect! I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could!!! read more
