He helped us customize it with our LSU purple & gold colors, lift kit, horn that played the LSU fight song (how cool), and this golf cart turned out to be the talk of the neighborhood after we got it home. just now New Bought a…read moregolf cart and it was too tall to fit in my garage (it was a known issue with the brand I found out after they tried to deliver it) I wasn't told anything about it and the store apparently has a tech that is about as useless as they come because they claimed there was nothing they could do. Tried to speak w the manager who was the most unreasonable person I have ever had the misfortune of ever dealing with so I had to pay to haul the golf cart to ANOTHER dealer not affiliated with golf carts of Houston and they were able to fix the cart to make it to where I could get it in my garage. Had they given me any idea the dang thing would be too tall we could have either bought one somewhere where the tech was able to adjust it or bought a different cart all together. They let it sit up there for two weeks before I started calling trying to find out what they were planning on doing with it. I had the cart hauled to CKD golf carts in league City and they fixed the cart and made the adjustments to get it to fit within a day. I am extremely dissatisfied with our whole experience with golf carts of Houston and if I could do it over again I would definitely buy it somewhere else.

And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! I had already visited several other golf cart dealers and worked through pricing with them, but apparently, I saved the best for last. When we arrived, Charlie Liller greeted us, and from that moment on, it was clear why everyone raved about him. We looked at numerous carts and even took four for a test drive. Charlie answered every question we had on the spot, giving us a thorough rundown of the pros and cons of each model. He was knowledgeable, honest, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured--Charlie has the patience of Job! After carefully reviewing all the options, we finally settled on a Club Car with a lithium battery.
