He made multiple visits over five days to work on both vehicles, and his effort was appreciated. On the last visit, the owner came along with another technician, Nathen, who we were told had experience at Honda. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. It quickly became clear that Scott was sent out before he was properly trained. He did his best, but several mistakes were made -- one being a wheel bearing replacement that never should have been done. Over a year later, we're still dealing with the consequences of that unnecessary repair. After his visits, our Honda (which only needed basic brake work) completely stopped running within a week. Discount Tire later found a large wrench left under the hood -- just one example of the sloppy workmanship we experienced. Communication was also a mess. We were quoted several different totals for the same job, told to hold off paying until a part arrived, and then suddenly threatened with vehicle towing for "non-payment." I kept records of every message because the company didn't. Adding to all this, the owner and Nathen displayed very unprofessional behavior while on their visit which I got a front row seat too thanks to the open bedroom window. Without going into unnecessary detail, let's just say Nathen was more focused on our back house neighbor and the possibility of some certain types of films playing out in real life...than on the job they were there for and hired to do. The takeaway: do not send untrained techs on jobs just because you're getting a lot of calls. You're risking customers' safety and trust. For anyone reading this -- a useful tip: if you've paid at least 10% of what's owed, a mobile mechanic cannot legally repossess or tow your vehicle. Know your rights. We paid well over that amount and plenty more afterward due to their mistakes.

The A/C evaporator drain had been leaking for who-knows-how-long and the water had been under the carpet for a while, rusting the floorboard. My mechanic suggested I ditch it. Shop after shop refused to fix this simple thing. Nobody could believe I wanted to fix the thing. It had a hole in the floor. I did some online research and found these folks. These guys are artists. Welcomed me like family. I met with Seth, he took a look and quoted a fair price. We had a game plan and the car was repaired in a few weeks. It is BETTER than new. I am back on the road with my Jeep and these guys did a great job. They love all Jeeps and do beautiful work. They saved my Jeep from the scrap heap and I didn't have to go buy a new car. I will be back for ANY of my Jeep needs or any other custom welding. They're the best. Thanks folks!

The pricing was fair and definitely valuable and worth the drive. I really appreciate the opportunity to test ride the bikes as well as get custom accessories installed real time. I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Even the dealership said it was no issue. Contacted AWT, got a basic quote over the phone, brought it in, and had it back the next day. Only $250 +tax and the wheel looks brand new. About a year ago I took my lightbar housing to be put on my lightbar. It was a big plastic piece…read morethat covers the lightbar that had come off. The company sent me a replacement housing which had been improved by adding 6 metal trusses to secure it so that it doesn't rattle and break off like it did before. Well, I took it to American Wheel and Tire for them to install. About a year later the housing breaks while we are on the highway. When we got home, I took the housing off of the light bar fully prepared to see 6 metal trusses, but they were never installed, and that is essentially the reason it broke again. It cost a mere $200 for them to unscrew and screw back on 6 bolts. Very disappointed in their lack of effort.
