just now New Bought a…read moregolf cart and it was too tall to fit in my garage (it was a known issue with the brand I found out after they tried to deliver it) I wasn't told anything about it and the store apparently has a tech that is about as useless as they come because they claimed there was nothing they could do. Tried to speak w the manager who was the most unreasonable person I have ever had the misfortune of ever dealing with so I had to pay to haul the golf cart to ANOTHER dealer not affiliated with golf carts of Houston and they were able to fix the cart to make it to where I could get it in my garage. Had they given me any idea the dang thing would be too tall we could have either bought one somewhere where the tech was able to adjust it or bought a different cart all together. They let it sit up there for two weeks before I started calling trying to find out what they were planning on doing with it. I had the cart hauled to CKD golf carts in league City and they fixed the cart and made the adjustments to get it to fit within a day. I am extremely dissatisfied with our whole experience with golf carts of Houston and if I could do it over again I would definitely buy it somewhere else.

If you purchase…read moreyour parts make sure it's your part that Mike puts on your vehicle I purchased a 500$ OEM carburetor for my ATV. MIke switched my oem carburetor out with an off market Japanese carburetor unwittingly to me and he charged me $250$ for the repairs. I could never figure out why the carburetor kept leaking gas not until I had it taken off and realized mike never put my carburetor oem Polaris on my ATV. mike kept my oem Polaris carburetor. I texted mike and and told him I had discovered his duplicity, deceitfulness and theft. please put hidden markings on your parts before allowing Mike to work on your motorcycles or atvs. He appears to be very nice but he is not trustworthy. If you have to sit outside with him while Mike work on your vehicle please do that!!! Mike told me that many times when customers order OEM parts the manufacturer will send an aftermarket part, which I know is not true. This is a picture of the carburetor Mike put on my ATV which is sold by Amazon. My carburetor was purchased from Polaris manufacture. This Is a warning ‼ be careful
