While the disfunction of your service department (no one from service answering calls, failing to diagnose a simple problem and then failing to restore the cart to the condition which it was delivered) can be fixed, the deceptive practices and incompetence is hard to ignore. Not knowing what the problem is is one thing but knowingly lying to me about my cart in order to maximize your bill is another. When I pointed out that the motor could not possibly be bad, you guys doubled down on it by calling in Don to lie about the motor as the expert (not knowing I am an engineer) thinking I am stupid and would trust your expert. I would never trust anyone from your company to tell the truth or work on anything I own. I encourage anyone reading this to go elsewhere and I feel sorry for anyone that buys anything from you.
