I must of not gone when Scott and John were working because I didn't experience any good customer service. When I walked through the doors, the two employees were dropping f bombs to each other during a conversation completely ignoring me. I had to search the entire store looking for what I needed because no one asked if they could assist me. All the customers in the store were ignored. Thank god they had a self check out. God forbid we had to wait in line and wait on the two employees in the store to stop what they were doing to assist. read more

This place is BUSY!!!! Long lines and not enough help. Can tell they are trying the best they can. Phones ringing off the hook and orders coming in. Good thing customers do follow the social Distancing. They don't have curbside pick up even thought it's posted on door you have to come inside the store. read more

Dealt with the customer satisfaction manager, Lilo A, and she was terrible and very rude. I came in to simply buy brake pads. These were supposed to have hardware included. They didn't have the hardware in the box and they sent me to a different autozone, they sent me back, and they wasted 2 hours of my time and were not willing to give me any discount or anything for wasting my time and giving me a lot of misinformation. She was the manager but she was terrible. Not helpful. And went into the back and talked to her higher up for 10 minutes and continued to try and waste my time. read more

I bought a battery, installed it in the vehicle and it didn't work and they shamelessly made me wait two hours to charge it, when they could replace it with one that actually worked, which is totally absurd if it's new because I have to wait two hours of my time. In short, they sold me a damaged battery, terrible service. read more

Because lines are backing up , 2 counter people . 2 others are stocking miscellaneous item or scanning in batteries . Nothing is more important in customer service and those two partners not behind the counter could have stopped what they were doing, knock down the line so we wasn't waiting 10 to 15 minutes and then resume their duties. Will never return to this place again. read more

I love picking up stuff for the car at autozone but this location is very small not much of variety to choose from sometimes i cant find what i need, but the employees are very helpful here. read more

What horrible service at this location off 1314 in Porter, Texas. I waited in what I thought was a line for 15 minutes to checkout for a cabin air filter. Three people behind the registers and then two disappeared. Someone else walked in and got checked out before me and then another person walked in a got helped before me. Here I am standing. Waiting. So I move to that person who's ringing people out and he helps some other man that walked behind the registers into the employee area. Meanwhile where I was waiting the associate doesn't even offer to ring me up after seeing me stand there; he proceeds to help some female customer with low cut attire who didn't even have a mask on. She held napkins to her face. Guess he didn't mind because he had his mask below his nose anyway. What a clusterfuck!!! Crap service. Unsafe shopping conditions. I came out to my Jeep one morning to find that the battery in it was completely dead. Even a jump start would not get it going. I immediately jumped into action and started scouring the internet looking for a replacement. I checked all of your major parts stores and found that AutoZone had the best bang for the buck. Before making my way to this location, I gave them a call to ask a few questions. The call was answered promptly and the knowledgeable salesperson was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I made my way in with my dead battery and was helped as soon as possible. The store was busy this day but the line moved quickly. The sale went through quick and I was on my way. This location was very close to where I live which was super convenient given my situation. The product that I was looking for was in stock and easy to find. The salesperson verified that it was the correct item so as to negate any further issues down the road. They even offered to do further testing once my car was up and running to ensure that the alternator and starter were still ok - all free of charge. The battery price itself was comparable to everywhere else but here's the kicker. AutoZone had the best warranty on the product. How could I lose? Count me as a satisfied customer for life. read more
