I guess they're too busy to even care. Do yourself a favor, these people are so busy your insignificant car problems mean nothing to them. If having your vehicle looked at in a timely manner is something you dare bring up, be prepared to be lied to and dismissed.

They charged me for a "free" estimate that I never received. Claimed I okayed a total out on my car…read morethat insurance hadn't even gotten a chance to look at. When I realized what they were up to I immediately called for a tow truck to get my vehicle. They wouldn't release it to him claiming I owed them $457. $250 of which is written on the receipt as a third party tow. I have camera footage of a big yellow 3R tow truck coming to take my vehicle for a "free" estimate. What really happened was they got mad they weren't going to screw the insurance out of bogus claims of expensive repairs, and since they couldn't get the claim number from me, tried to say they could only accept cash, wouldn't take over the phone payments, etc . Everything to make it hard for me. Forwarded calls, got hung up on several times by Diana. This place is horrible. Unscrupulous behavior. I will never take my business here again.

The redeeming factor of this is that Josh was very nice, even if they did try to overcharge me initially. They did the service as stated and everything works perfectly. Rated 1 for being responsive…read more I stated the reason for visit was- a) reduce acceleration - drive with care warning light on b) Service ESC warning light on c) rattle and clicking noise from engine There was never any mention during the full inspection identifying the cause of either warning light and/or how it could be resolved. I declined a lot of repairs that I did not ask for. I did approve repairs and diagnosis totaling $1104. It was advised that I get an engine replacement for $16K, which I assume was causing the engine rattle. Regardless, all the warning lights are still on and I'll need to take it somewhere to find out the cause and the fix. ... And the truck has a recall that was never mentioned as a potential cause of the engine noise.
