I had to get some parts here for my AC unit on my F250 diesel. One part they had to get from another store but it was there at 7:30 am the next morning. Well, I ended up not needing the part and they refunded my money right away. The nice thing I noticed is even though I had to wait in line to talk to someone, they always looked up and said, I will be with shortly sir. That's all you have to do. Richard was super helpful with our Toyota Camry. Needed a battery and had some corrosion so Richard looked up the info, got us the correct battery and even let me use is personal tools as a wrench was missing from the loaner tools they have at the store. He walked us through best practices and how to use isolation felt to keep the corrosion from being an issue. He even talked for a bit about other important maintenance that will help keep the car running well past 200k as he is very familiar with the 4 cylinder Toyota. If I could give no stars I would. I walk in to get a simple ass task done. Get my engine light cleared and the codes printed. I know the issue and what it is I need the papers and the code cleared so I can pass my inspection and get my registration renewed. I'm a technician of 10 years. This big dude in there assumes I don't know what the fuck I'm taking about when I say I have came here before to get a code cleared, yet he continues to state he cannot clear the code for me. Not to mention this lazy ass mf gave ME the OBD to go out there and do his fucking job my self. Get y'all shit together. And hire people who know what the hell their talking about. Sad read more

I go to this autozone often and never receive bad service, most of the time I just need a check engine light to be checked to know what I need to fix myself and what part I need. I bought a part that I ended up not needing, however I got really busy with work and school. Eventually I went to return the part seeing as it was $100 and I needed the money and wouldn't be needing the part anymore. I went yesterday (october19, 2022) and was told it was past due for the 90 day return policy and the worker couldn't do anything about it himself and kindly informed me if I came back the next day the store manager would be there and could refund it for me or give me store credit. Now since I'm going to school and can't work as often at the moment I was sincerely hoping that the only option was store credit, since I need every dollar I can get at the moment. When I returned the store manager was extremely nice and understanding and gave me my full refund in cash. Excellent service and very nice!!! read more

They are supposed to open at 8:00am!!! I got there at 8:00 and waited for 45 minutes pounding on the door and calling the phone. 3 employees in the store just ignored me. I called the managers phone number that is posted on the store and he didn't answer. 8 people came and left well so did I after 45 minutes. It took me 30 minutes each way and waisted another 45 there. What a waste of time!!!! read more

I ordered a pair of LED foglight bulbs from online (not from autozone) for my F-150 work truck to try them out after doing some research; I ended up liking the enhanced performance and wanted to replace my high/low beam headlights to match the LED white color and improve lighting capability. I called ahead to the Rayford Rd autozone to see if they had them in stock and was very specific with my request. The associate confirmed they had that style in stock so i drove over to purchase. Upon arriving, i asked an employee to directly point out the LED bulb i had wanted (I did not request a certain brand- just an LED style bulb). The employee picked them out and upon handing them to me, I asked again "these are LED white light headlights, correct?" He said yes and I purchased ($75). I went home and installed them myself, and tried them out of course. Right away, I noticed they gave off a yellow, factory bulb output and DID NOT match my LED white fog lights. I drove back to the store the next day, with the bulbs still in my truck to directly show them that i was provided false information and was not happy with the product or service I was given. The employees in the store were far from considerate and frankly belittled my request to have this fixed like I was in the wrong. I confirmed that they did not sell LED headlight bulbs and they told me i was out of luck and could not compensate me for my lost time. They told me to take the headlights out of the truck in the parking lot (takes about 15-20min with exact tools to complete) and give them back for a refund. I now have to go back to my house, take them out and drive back to the store. Total time wasted- about 2-3 over the Xmas holiday. I even went as far as calling the district manager and was told there was nothing they could do for me in this situation. Moral of this story- the employees of this store gave me false information, treated a customer with disrespect, did not make the situation better, wasted my time and frankly... I don't think they even cared. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. read more
