I cant remember the fellow's name that I dealt with but he was quite knowledgeable about their products and application to my truck. He dissuaded me from purchasing a less durable brand of powered bed cover with an explanation about self-lubricating ball bearings. Less maintenance GOOD! He very quickly installed the cover once it arrived without a hiccup and did a quality job. He apparently had done this before. He also permanently attached my provided blacked out lettering on the tailgate at no charge. I'm dang happy about the simple and straightforward transfer of useful information during his explanations of the product and install process as well as the level of expertise completing the job. I had been reviewing the Roadmaster Suspension Kit with Shock Absorbers for over six months for my Jayco North Point fifth wheel travel trailer. After reviewing the installation instructions and videos, I considered the option of doing the install myself. It would require at least two twenty-ton hydraulic / pneumatic jacks, heavy-duty safety stands, an extra set of hands and at least two or three days having my Jayco North Point on jacks. Living in my Jayco North Point full time while in the Houston, Texas area made the self-installation completely impractical. Through the Roadmaster website, I located several local dealers and read the reviews on each. I only found one who had the volume of five-star ratings that made it the obvious number one choice - Master Hitch, LLC in Spring, Texas. I sent an email to Master Hitch explaining what I needed and received a reply the same day from Zach, one of the owners, which included a full quotation for parts, labor and tax. I called Zach and scheduled the installation. Zach did the installation personally. He is quite obviously a highly experienced and skilled technician and mechanic. Zach made the installation meticulously and properly torqued every fastener. Despite a few anomalies with installing this Roadmaster kit on my North point, Zach communicated with his Roadmaster representative and successfully completed the installation. Because of the anomalies that Zach experienced with the installation, I offered Zach my suggestion that he increase his quote to reflect the additional time that he invested in completing the installation. Zach would not increase the quoted price. He is simply a good family man, and a man of his word. I can't yet give a rating on the quality of the Roadmaster suspension kit with shock absorbers, but I am confident it will perform as expected. This review is strictly about Master Hitch, LLC in Spring, Texas and the installation completed by Zach. After Zach completed the installation of the Roadmaster suspension kit, I hooked up my tow vehicle and immediately noted there was an error with the trailer connection. Zach immediately looked at all of the wire connections to the four trailer wheels to make sure that none of the wires became damaged during installation. Continuing his diagnosis, Zach determined that my trailer plug had become worn and defective. Zach spliced in a new plug within ten minutes, and I was on my way. I'm 66 years old and remember the days when vendors strived to take care of the customer. That today seems to have become more of a rarity than the norm. 2020 RPod 196 finally 12 weeks later got my new RV axle to replace bent one. Had local trailer place (Master Hitch in Spring Texas) perform work. Lippert shipped new axle with bad bearings. Went into Master Hitch to get a Class 3 hitch installed on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Amazing service. I arrived at the shop and within 25 minutes the hitch was installed and I was back on my way. Very nice guys, very professional, good prices. I was wanting some weathertech mats for my new trucks, so I called up this place. The guy went to physically make sure they had the set for my truck so I drove up there. I thought he was just going to sell me the mats but he had me pull into a bay to install them. He took the time to vacuum the inside of my truck, install the mats, and put my old mats in one of the boxes for me to keep. That is customer service! They sell all sorts of accessories and do gooseneck & 5th wheel installs, pretty much anything for your truck. This is the type of business that I would refer to as......absolutely amazing. I know, it is hitch business, so you are thinking, how can they be 'amazing', well let me say, I have never in my life felt better about spending nearly $3800 in my life. Bob and his partner Zach are so friendly and so knowledgeable that about what they do, anyone would be impressed. Bob is the owner. We purchased an RV and wanted to tow our Jeep behind it. We called them to see if they could help us. They installed the gear on our Jeep and ordered the right equipment needed for us. It was all there in 1 day. They scheduled us based on what was best for US, not them, to instill everything, which they did. If that was the end of the story, it would be great, but that is not the end. After all the work was done, and before I gave then a penny, Bob, the owner, spent over an hour, in the extreme heat, showing us exactly how to use everything. Then watched me as I undid re-hooked up everything to insure that I did it correctly. He even watched us drive out of the lot to insure everything was working properly. Asking a lot questions and Bob did not try to over sell he listen and explained to me the plus and negative I went to his shop and had them install a fifth wheel hitch , floor matts, bug guard and bed cover.
