She scheduled me in right before Xmas not only for the installation but also to get the truck aligned after instal. When they installed the parts I got a picture of it taken apart. I got a picture of all the parts. I got photos and communication every step along the way. And when its was all done I got to come back in and get a re torque on all the bolts to make sure everything was correct. The gist of it is I can not speak highly enough of WPS. I've gotten to know a lot of the staff by name and they are all really great people especially Dawn. She is hands down a gem that this store owner needs to hang on to at all costs. She has worked harder for my parts requests then anyone I have ever come across. I stop by and ask for a random part I need for my project of the week, and she pulls out the books or computer and searches it out relentlessly. And 99.9% of the time she finds it. I followed the instructions perfectly, applied the base coats, and finished it with the clear coat. Unfortunately, the color is completely off--it dried to a noticeably lighter, hazier shade that sticks out like a sore thumb against the factory paint.When I reached out to the manufacturer to address the issue and ask for a refund, they completely denied it. If you have a silver or metallic vehicle, stay away from this line. The formula doesn't match standard factory finishes, and Dupli-Color does not stand behind its product guarantee when it fails. Total waste of time and money.
