Is an actual pain in the ass to these folks. The dude likes to get disrespectful pretty quickly when his "team" don't do shit asap or as he told me "the way I want things done" so in other words not the right way. Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. And whenever I end up with the manager on the phone asking him for parts I end up getting them wrong lmaooo. I was there when he talked to one of his drivers disrespectfully in front of me and other employees there and the issue isn't with the staff it's him. I tried to return the controls as I have no need for them but they would not refund my money because I didn't buy their warranty. I argued that this was not a separate item but was an integral part of the console but they would not budge. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice, and offered to place the order for me to make sure I got it the next day alongside my pads (since my caliper order was placed about 2 hours prior and had already shipped at this point). He offered me useful advice about brake fluid (sometimes one bottle isn't quite enough apparently, so it may be a good idea to have a second on hand) which was much appreciated. He also gave me some brand advice and told me a little bit more about what to expect from stainless steel brake lines. Definitely a knowledgeable guy (good hire, ProParts. I hope you're able to figure out who he was because I really appreciated his feedback.) I placed my initial order just before noon, and within two hours I had already gotten my shipping notification. That's REALLY fast... Like, beating out Amazon Prime speeds kind of fast. Both orders arrived at my door the next day (although I AM local). I like to give my business to local places whenever possible. Offering turnaround times faster than Prime with more knowledgeable people just makes that really easy on the part of your customers.
