Is an actual pain in the ass to these folks. The dude likes to get disrespectful pretty quickly when his "team" don't do shit asap or as he told me "the way I want things done" so in other words not the right way. Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. And whenever I end up with the manager on the phone asking him for parts I end up getting them wrong lmaooo. I was there when he talked to one of his drivers disrespectfully in front of me and other employees there and the issue isn't with the staff it's him. So I called triple A and had them tow it (less than 4 miles) to the new shop. Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? So they can overcharge me and get them a cut? I don't know. It's just weird and unprofessional.

I didn't realize until I got home that they charged me extra ($25) for the controls. I tried to return the controls as I have no need for them but they would not refund my money because I didn't buy their warranty. I argued that this was not a separate item but was an integral part of the console but they would not budge. I will continue to shop this yard in the future but I will always be more mindful and always double-check my receipt before I leave.
