The hubs has came here a few times for various parts and has commented how rude the employees are. It's a part place so pretty sure they don't have customer service training. Today we decided to run here to come to look for some parts for both of our cars. As soon as we walked in the girls up front were super short and not friendly. We both sighed in and paid our $4 to browse the lot. It's broken into imports and American made. That's the only organization they have. There is definitely room to improve the lot and the organization of it. There should be posts and such on each row for the brand down each row. Would make it much easier. Anywho, we looked and didn't find our cars we needed. We grabbed a drink on the way out and the guy ringing people up was pretty rude as well. Don't come here and expect great customer service cause you will not find it here. I would rather try a different yard or LKQ before having to come here again. Management definitely needs to improve some stuff to make business run better. read more

Came to the yard and I already knew they were going to add on a "warranty" to whatever I buy unless I tell them I don't want one. Looked for a bumper, very simple$65 no fog lights no extras , the the guy charges me $101 and I like what the hell, he claims the "bracket" was extra, it wasn't an extra , the bracket was left with the car , this was part of the bumper not and "extra" bracket and then he charges me for a valance because the bumper had a thin rubber strip on it. Keep in mind this is the simplest bare bones bumper available, no fog lights, the "Brackets" to attach was still on the car, what he called the bracket on the bumper was the interior frame within the bumper that makes the bumper. These guys always do a bait and switch, one price on the list then they do bullshit like this, charge extra for chrome bolts wtf.... Avoid this place, make the trip to buckeye , better yards over there. This place is really something, couldn't use my Apple Pay because the transaction comes up as fraudulent. Well on the 2 times that I have been to the Glendale location the inventory was not what I was told it was going to be. I was made to sign up my email & phone number on my first visit for special offers & discounts plus a 10% discount for that days purchase. Which they did not give me at checkout. Since then I get about 5-9 texts a week advertising sales or discounted prices for certain holidays etc... This week I got a text saying they lowered their prices on tires 20%, so I called to get some prices and to verify that their prices had actually been changed. Oh yes they had in fact been changed. The young lady who was on the phone asked her supervisor how the prices were different and she was informed they had been raised by $3.00. So I hung up. Over the last 2 days I've have gotten more texts saying the tire prices have dropped 20%. So be careful going to this place. The staff is rude & nasty if you happen to be anything other than an employee. The prices they give you over the phone never matches what their website says it will be. And we'll shit , their website is a whole mess of issues also. If you use a card for a purchase keep a close watch on your statements. read more

I felt violated. it's my own fault because I forget how dishonest people can be. For example, my receipt shows my Hood that I bought for my car was $55.79 . but that's not all. They also add a 45 day warranty for $14.80 and there's also a cord charge for that for another four dollars bringing the total up to $64 and change and then I also bought two light housings for my front headlights at $35 each when brand new I found out I can get brand new for $42 and then they also added a warranty on that for another $14.80 the thing is nobody has a core charge on that stuff because no one returns it to be rebuilt that's like a slap in your face so I will never ever buy anything from there again . read more

did my due diligence and called around different places, this place said they had a chose of 3 colors of hoods i was looking for. got there with my tools and found they charge 3 bucks for the pleasure of going into their back lot, i was given a useless map because it's a mess back there, after 10 minutes of looking where the parts were suppose to be I gave up, asked for my $3.00 back since I did their work for them and told them they didn't have those pieces after all that, they kept my $3.00 saying it was customary not to give your money back after their representative advised me they had 3 of what i needed. what a bleeping rip off, that's what I get for being stupid and not checking out their reviews.. Pulled a transmission pump, shaft and gear. They marked the worrenty initials with the grinder right on the main input shaft. It's a bearing surface, had to reject the part after. Wasted my time pulling that transmission. I asked to complain to the manager but , was unavailable. read more

This place has the most un-professional staff I have ever encountered. If you need car parts DO NOT come here. Please save your time. The manager is unprofessional and looks like she just got out of her GED class and her employee who proceeded to assist ate M&M's and laugh as we asked questions. When confronting the manager about her employees actions she indicated she did not understand why we were upset and that they have signs to tell you how this works. First time ever being here 1 day after grand opening and yet you have the rudest staff ever encountered as the friendly face as you first encounter as you walk in the door, it goes without saying this is not good business as well as not a good way to start a brand new company. For anyone wondering, the way this place works is that you walk in, pay an admission to see their junkyard lot. Without ever seeing any of the cars you have to pay an admission as if you are walking into Disneyland. They can't tell you if the cars have any of the cars have any of the parts you are looking for, you just have to pay an admission and find it for yourself. Save yourself the time and go somewhere with knowledgable and courteous staff. Worst representation for a company. read more

Been shopping parts her for years but had a bad experience today. I bought a center console a couple of days ago and in was complete with rear climate controls. I didn't realize until I got home that they charged me extra ($25) for the controls. I tried to return the controls as I have no need for them but they would not refund my money because I didn't buy their warranty. I argued that this was not a separate item but was an integral part of the console but they would not budge. I will continue to shop this yard in the future but I will always be more mindful and always double-check my receipt before I leave. read more

my boyfriend literally came to get a tire the day before on a car that was in the lot. had trouble removing the tire so came back a day later. the employee gave us a list of the same rows as yesterday and the car was gone. I'm just frustrated at the fact that the same rows were listed yet it wasn't updated that the car was no longer there. it's way too hot to just walk around aimlessly looking for a car that isn't there. i hope this review helps them revamp their routine. once a car is gone it should be taken out of the computer system. read more

1st time there and really was my 1st time at a wrecking yard today 7/28/18 and I have to say it was a Great experience. 9 times out of 10 i would go to Oreillys or the Dealership to get parts but in this case, I needed a few parts that any auto parts store doesnt carry and the Dealership didnt have cause they were discontinued from GM on a 2005 Chevy colorado. Paid the $2.00 to get in which is super reasonable and they let you come in and out. Went back, found the truck and parts i needed, went back to my truck to get my tools, went back and took the parts i came for, got a nice cold vitamin water and i was out the door. I advised the staff it was my 1st time there and they were super friendly and courteous. Ill definitley be back in the future. read more

I loved coming to this place. It is very organized, and clean. Seriously though make it clear that kids can't come though. Very pissed. Try to get out of the house, get all the way down there, and can't even go in. I checked the website before leaving, and it doesn't make it clear anywhere the kids can't come, and there weren't no signs outside either saying they couldn't enter either, got told once we got inside. It's impossible to get an engine in good condition. Some members live in the yard and they take the engines that are for sale and try to resell them for DOUBLE the price. They know when the cars will be taken outside before for the rest of us, and try to get them first, always. Makes the mission impossible. read more

HORRIBLE "customer service". Today was my very first visit to Pull N Save and it is my very LAST visit. I will also tell my friends and family about my experience so they can steer clear of this place. For a long time I would pass by the Pull N Save and notice there is a mini-mart there. I would always say to myself, "One day I'm going to stop by there. It's so conveniently located along my travels up and down Northern." I finally went in today to purchase something from the mini-mart. I went to the cooler and saw a sale for Miller High Life beer: 2 quarts for $4.58. I grabbed 2 quarts and went to the counter to pay. I noticed the price I was charged was different than the sales price. The cashier charged me $5.66. I should have been charged $5.00. I told her, "The beer is on sale. I don't think that's the correct price." There was a man on the other side of the counter. They both said something to each other and the cashier told the beer was $2.59 each. I said, "Well, there's a sign back there on the cooler that says a different price." The man told the cashier that he already checked and the price I was being charged was correct. I then told the cashier, "Okay, I'll walk back there and show you." Me, the cashier, and the man all walked to the cooler and I pointed to the sign it read, 2 quarts for $4.58----just like I thought. I looked at them and pointed to the sign. They just starred at me. I pointed again because I wasn't sure if they understood that I was proving I was being over charged. Very strange. We all walked back to the counter. This is when the cashier was supposed to say, "I'm sorry about that. I looks like I over charged you." And then I was supposed to say, "Oh that's okay, mistakes happen." And then she was supposed to refund me what I was charged. That is what SUPPOSED to have happened, but didn't. When we got back to the counter, there was NO apology or even acknowledgement of the hassle. (I was at that counter for a considerable amount of time just trying to purchase 2 quarts of beer!). I had to say, "Um, I was overcharged." She then rung up the correct price and I saw that the total was $5.00. That's the price I should have been charge in the FIRST place. I then said, "Yes, that's what I should have been charged." She then said, 'I only over charged you .60 cents. I'm not going to re-run your card. I only over charged you .60." Wow!! She "only over charged" me .60 cents. I con't give a shit if I was over charged a penny. It's not "ONLY". I'm the customer. Why should I be okay with being overcharged???! I just stood there and she seemed very, very annoyed. I said, "Well, I don't want to pay more than I should." I was very confused by her attitude. She then went to a different cash registered and retrieved the .60 cents and gave it to me. I stood there waiting for her to bag the beer, but she never did!! I then said, "Uuuh, do you guys have bags here...ooooor?" She then retrieved a bag and I put the beer in it and got the hell out of there. Did she expect me to just walk out of the store holding two loose quarts of beer? Who does that? So, I get cheated, I have to PROVE that I'm cheated, there's no apology, the cashier doesn't think it's a big deal that I was "only over charged .60 cents", she expects me to walk out the store carrying 2 loose quarts of beer--I get NO bag, and I'm supposed to feel good about my very first visit to Pull N Save on Northern? I will NEVER go back there and neither will my friends and family. To me, it's all about being courteous and HONEST. That cashier and mysterious man lurking around were NOT. Ive been coming here for around 3 years ,a lot over the past year and everytime I am checking out I get the worst attitidude from one of the ladies, if wearing a yellow shirt means management, this lady has a poor way of leading by example. Im a military veteran and when I became a seargent , that was not a first class ticket to give attitude, no smile and raise there voice at the customer simply because i did not hear her the first time. Like i said everytime i come here I get this attitude the only good customer service i get are from the girls that work the counter when signing in. I promise you this is not the first time this lady has gotten a poor review . second, I always put my tools where i can see them unfortunately , i had to use the sink in the back of the inside of the building due to no towels or soap outside . the girl in the blue shirt was so helpful got me anything i needed towels to dry off, however the yellow shirts which i believe theres only one from what i had seen needs immidiate improvement. i purchased a mirror for my door on my truck and a king cab window- $21.99 for mirror- core charge $0.75 and a 31 day warranty $3.96 and my window $24.99 and a 31 day warranty $4.50 also a enviro charge of $2.94 total $63.52 - - who or what business is going to give you a core charge and a 31 day day warranty on a mirror ? also a 31 day warranty on a window..? then charge an enviromental fee as if i left something they had to take to the dump.. $51.39 is what i should of payed with tax.. (they never even mentioned a warranty like you would normally get if the item was a alternator or a starter) this place is a total rip off read more

This is the shadiest place EVER! Went there yesterday, tried to pay with an AMEX card. Cashier (supposedly the millionaire manager) swiped my card twice and said it was denied. I walked over to their ATM machine and it was coincidentally out of service. Funny that later that same night I get notice of a fraudulent charge on my AMEX - where the card was NOT present for the online purchase! Then trying to speak to the manager today, was hung up on a few times, left on hold for quite awhile and then he finally got on the phone and was tremendously unprofessional.
