They have thee WORST customer service. My fiancé place an online order earlier in the day due to use heading up north to clear out some bush on our land. A $60 worth of items and all was cancelled due to them not having a stupid funnel. They cancelled the order. So we are in the store and they started pulling everything again and forget they didn't have a funnel so they cancelled it AGAIN. Called customer care and they didn't seem to give a damn. So now our funds are held up waiting to be to be refunded so had to outta pocket AGAIN for everything but the funnel. Let just say your company just lost a family of customers read more

I've lived and shopped here in this area for 18 years and there is one thing consistent at this store... Everyone who works here moves slow and inefficiently. But the battery service is normally good, so I've been a regular. Tonight at around 8:45 though, I walked in for tire caps, and was literally yelled at by the manager behind the counter, demanding to know where my mask was. From across the store. I was working on my car and realized I accidentally drove to the store and left it at home, and said so, so I was asked to leave, loudly in front of everybody. I get it, it was a mistake and I didn't claim some medical BS, I owned up to it. But would it have been a MF chore to politely ask me, or walk over to me, or do it so that every eye on the store wasn't staring at me? How about ask me to go outside and offer a curbside assistance option? I was tempted to yell back at the manager and ask for a little respect, but decided instead to walk out with everyone staring. And for that, I walked out for good. I don't need to be humiliated by your staff. Normally, I don't get so much as a hello or a greeting when I enter in AutoZone, but walk in without a mask and I get yelled at and told to leave? Nope. Check your tapes and look at how you talk to people. Gonna check out the O'Irish name company down the street. You just lost an 18 year customer. read more

I went there yesterday to buy these little pigtail clips for my ignition coil. Online there were $14.99 for 8. At autozone they cost $24.99. I figured what the heck i wanted them now so I would pay the extra. I drove to Autozone to buy them but there was only 1 in the pack. So doing the math 8x24.99=$199.92 at Autozone or $14.99 online. A little markup is fine but Autozone was trying to rob me. I will never trust or use them again. read more

How do you select zero stars!! My son went into the location off of dysart and Mcdowell to exchange the battery on the family car and he was rudely helped by Ricardo. First of all anyone, any age should be treated with respect as a consumer... my son stated Ricardo was very rude with him and assumed he was trying to "get a battery for a car he bought off someone." Nit the case my son was just in there the week before with me handling business for his personal vehicle and all this is noted on our account in their system. My son called me and I called the store and spoke with a Shaquille who verified information with me and validated that I could send my son back with my id pix on his phone (only because I'm in Texas till tmrw). My son returns to the store and once again Ricardo was rude with him stating that he knew Shaquille said it was ok but that he sent Shaquille home early for doing so. Once again Ricardo was being very assumptive about my son and treating him rudely when he was merely doing what another manager verified we could do. I called the store again and asked why and Ricardo was rude, cut me off while talking and explained I could go to another location to get a battery. What the heck!!! When I asked why he was so assumptive regarding my son he stated he had other customers to take care of and hung up! Wow Great customer service. I don't care who comes into your store young or old... if you are a customer you should be treated with respect remember we are there for help not to be chastised by an employee. read more

Stopped in to get a brake light bulb. Seemed a little pricey but convenient.

My headlamp burned out on my Mini Cooper so I went to Auto Zone to get a new one. They ordered it because it isn't stocked. Before doing so, I asked if there was a possibility it could be under warranty. They said with confidence that it would not be because it's normal wear and tear like tires. I picked up the $108 bulb later that day and took it to the Mini dealer for installation. The dealer then notified me that the bulb they ordered was wrong and it actually was under warranty. I will be returning the bulb today for a refund. I recommend having a better idea than I did of what you need before you go here. read more

Everytime I've had to get in the zone it's been an decent experience. I have noticed a difference in the way some, well specially one guy treats women when assisting. He wasn't willing to give them full service throwing around terms in his justification. Aside from that it's always a good experience at the local Zone! They're always willing to help and for the most part are usually available. Not sure if it's a schedule or duties thing but it's totally awkward when you're waiting to be helped and an employee is stocking, sees you then walks further back to avoid helping. Regardless the good out weights the bad. Great place to rent a tool. read more

Horrible customer service. I went to the counter and asked what headlight I need for my car. Three employees were standing behind the counter doing nothing. This was at 7:30 pm. No other customers were in the store. The female associate just stared at me so I repeated myself. She still had no clue why I was asking her for help. I had to elaborate and say I didn't know what bulb type was needed. She walked away to a register and started talking from 15 feet away. She didn't say follow me over here. Very rude and poor service. I walked over and gave her my make and year of my car. She said she can't find it in the computer. There was no such thing as a directional light. Another employee tried to help. He said the same thing. They said I had to get the bulb and bring it inside. I explained I didn't have tools to take care of that in the parking lot. They told me it was against their policy to help me. read more
