Drove all the way down to Goodyear location just for them to tell me the guy who works on alignments for all the vehicles was off that day and told me he would be in tomorrow. No worries I said. They also said they didn't feel comfortable or didn't think they knew how to adjust it. One of the workers said he can adjust the toe for me and I'd get a discount because who would want to pay 140$ for an alignment just for the toe adjustment? So I refused and asked if I was able to keep the vehicle there until the technician arrives the next day and they said it's fine. Next day comes waited all day for them just to call me back to say they didn't know how to do it and then I asked about just aligning the toe and they said they couldn't give me a discount after I told them yesterday the worker said they were able to do it so they wanted to charge me full price afterwords. So yeah this place will lie to you and take advantage of you they also said the technician was able to do it and therefore was unsuccessful. On a Honda civic by the way so if you really want to shut this place down I'd start by not coming here at all I'm just disappointed on the outcome of how this was these people had my hopes up and pretty much screwed me over and sent me back on my way in a unsafe vehicle they just want your money lol.

I'm extremely disappointed that I even have to write a review like this…read more I recently brought my truck into this shop to have the A/C checked it was blowing warm. They told me they could not find any issues so they did a drain and recharge with dye. $600 I asked for a copy of the machine report breaking down amount removed amount put in. I was told they would email it they never did. After picking it up, I drove straight home and parked it. Today, I opened my center console and discovered that my coin holder was missing. This wasn't something loose that could have accidentally fallen out or been misplaced. It was mounted into the center console and required effort to pry out and remove. It was taken. I contacted the shop and spoke with Eric. He told me he checked the technician's toolbox and said it wasn't there, suggesting that I must have misplaced it. That explanation simply doesn't make sense given how securely the holder was installed. What's most concerning is that if someone felt comfortable removing and taking something as minor as a coin holder full of change, it raises serious questions about what else could potentially be happening with customers' vehicles and belongings. Eric suggested I file a police report and stated that their employees are "too busy to steal." I'm not looking to get anyone into legal trouble over a coin holder, but I do expect honesty, accountability, and respect for customers' property. This experience has completely broken my trust in this shop. I will not be returning for future repairs or service, and now I'm left questioning whether the work performed on vehicles is even being done properly especially since I never got the email. To current and future customers: I strongly recommend removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before bringing it here. Update June 5th it's been over two weeks since speaking with a district manager. He was able to pull up and send me the work that was done to my vehicle. I was over charged for the service "performed" he then told me I would receive a refund for the overcharge of service. I reached out to customer service about it then Nick Lee called again informing me they would refund me the over charge in another way but still nothing yet. At this point I want my money back for it all this is a joke! They take my belongings They over charge me They tell me false information Stay clear of this place

I opted to not continue the lug nut replacement for my hub cap, and I decided to chrome spray paint my problem away inwhich it was a success. I sent a Pic to Kate and told her to pause her search for parts replacement and I told her what I had done. It was my first time spray painting anything, but it was a win.

After they inspected it, they brought me back and showed me what they claimed was causing the leak--a strange piece of wire lodged in the tire. It was very noticeable, and I know for a fact it wasn't there before because I had just inspected and recorded the tire myself. It felt like they were more interested in selling me a new tire than trying to repair the one I had. Based on my experience, I would avoid this location if you're hoping for an honest assessment or a repair instead of being pressured into buying new tires.

I showed up just after 8 am to get a slow-leaking tire patched. Tho there were 3 guys there, "the tire guy" wasn't there. I was told he was on his way. By nearly 8:30, when I just had to get out of there, I left. I returned yesterday (about a week later) with the same issue. I called beforehand to be sure someone would be there this time to deal with it. He said to come on, that no one was ahead of me. I was there in about ten minutes, but they merely took off my wheel. Quite a while later, I wanted to know if there wasn't someone who could patch my tire so I could leave. Finally, someone got on it, put the wheel back on, and (even tho two of them recalled my previous experience) they gave me no break but even charged me twice the amount that same place did before it changed hands! :( (Yes, I used them before a few times for the same work on other tires. Now I'm just waiting to see if the patch holds!)

Run over something on the freeway at 70 miles an hour and my oil pan is hit (I think) dragging on the freeway making a god-awful horrific noise, we get off at Buckeye, limping in and by the grace of God, we found West Valley Tires! A mechanic propped my car up looked underneath and said, "yep it's your oil pan"! Then two mechanics worked their magic under my car, and we were on our way. I can't tell you the relief. Still having to get to Tucson and then back home to Los Angeles. I wasn't sure what I was going to do! My anxiety was off the charts. The guys at West Valley Tires, were so thoughtful, kind and got us on our way in about 15 minutes. They would've been worth every penny, but they didn't even charge me! What a stand-up business.
