However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

We have plenty of proof, including affidavits that we're getting from the mechanic shop, phone calls, text messages and overwhelming evidence again people watch who you hire even when you provide proof it seems not enough for someone that doesn't want to take responsibility for the bad work done these are all my opinions except for the facts that I have and will be providing in court. I tried to resolve this with Mr. Kole showed him evidence. Let him know what I had and he still refuses and said I will see you in court clearly this is someone that doesn't want to take responsibility. I will be updating after it is resolved in court. The 2 guys came on time to install 4 aftermarket brakes (4 rotors and 4 calipers) for my 2024…read moreNissan Z. After the installation, I took my car for a ride and there were many warning lights on the dashboard. Not sure if they damaged all the sensors on the car but all the sensors are now giving me warning lights and these warning lights will not go away. If you have newer cars, DO NOT let these guys fix your cars. One of the mechanics was hitting the back rotor with a huge hammer very hard to get it off and must have damaged all the sensors, I guess. Another possibility is that the other mechanic was using an electric saw to cut off the dust covers and might have cut a cable to cause all the warning lights to show up on the dashboard. I sent them an email about all the warning lights but no response from them. They were able to install the 4 rotors and 4 calipers just fine but the brakes don't feel very tight and feel loose when hitting the brakes. I have to push the brake pedal almost all the way down to the floor in order to stop the car. I recommend these guys if you have older cars with no latest technologies. They have damaged my new car. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/2/2025 Took my 2024 Nissan Z to the Nissan dealership and they found 2 problems with my 2024 Nissan Z. They told me the technician Kyle and another technician from High Idle Mobile Mechanics who installed the brakes on my car damaged the ABS sensor and the R/F HUB BEARING which will cost me about $1658.50 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: DIAG VEHICLE AND FOUND DTC RF NO COMM WITH RF ABS SENSOR. INSPECT SENSOR AND FOUND THAT SENSOR IS BROKEN. AND HUB IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE R/F HUB BEARING AND ABS SENSOR AND RETEST --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have emailed the owner Kole Williams and provided the Nissan Repair Estimate and have requested that Kole Williams send his technicians to repair the damage that his 2 technicians damaged my car. Sent I initially brought my car in to address an emissions issue. Mr. Guy, the technician, informed…read moreme that the check engine light was on and suggested that the catalytic converter might be the problem, but recommended a diagnostic test first, which I agreed to at a cost of $95 (to be credited toward the repair if I proceeded).he diagnostic indicated an issue with the O2 Sensor (Bank 1) and the catalytic converter. Mr. Guy replaced the O2 sensor, charging me a total of $253, and assured me the problem was resolved. Which i had to pay twice However, the check engine light returned shortly after. He then claimed the issue was with the second catalytic converter, as my vehicle has two. I agreed to the repair, but once again, the light came back on. He then informed me the problem could be another sensor and replaced one more. I purchased another sensor myself because I was frustrated with the ongoing issues and paid him to install it, but the light returned yet again. After multiple unsuccessful repairs and charges, I had the vehicle scanned at O'Reilly's, which confirmed that the same Bank 1 O2 sensor (that Mr. Guy had initially replaced) and the catalytic converter were still faulty. To verify, I consulted another mechanic, who performed a diagnostic and confirmed the same: the Bank 1 O2 sensor and catalytic converter remained defective, indicating that the necessary repairs were never properly performed. Despite all this, Mr. Guy attempted to charge me again for another diagnostic, even though the original issues were never resolved. I feel I was misled, overcharged, and the work performed was both ineffective and possibly negligent. This place is shit please don't waste your time or money.
