TL;DR: Knowledgeable people, friendly service and VERY fast turnaround times. Not to mention competitive pricing. -------------------- I needed brake pads for my Civic Si quickly (they started to grind, so I stopped driving it) and found ProParts on StopTech's website. I called in with a couple questions about shipping times and ordered online, but then called back when I realized that I forgot to order my stainless lines. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice, and offered to place the order for me to make sure I got it the next day alongside my pads (since my caliper order was placed about 2 hours prior and had already shipped at this point). He offered me useful advice about brake fluid (sometimes one bottle isn't quite enough apparently, so it may be a good idea to have a second on hand) which was much appreciated. He also gave me some brand advice and told me a little bit more about what to expect from stainless steel brake lines. Definitely a knowledgeable guy (good hire, ProParts. I hope you're able to figure out who he was because I really appreciated his feedback.) I placed my initial order just before noon, and within two hours I had already gotten my shipping notification. That's REALLY fast... Like, beating out Amazon Prime speeds kind of fast. Both orders arrived at my door the next day (although I AM local). I like to give my business to local places whenever possible. Offering turnaround times faster than Prime with more knowledgeable people just makes that really easy on the part of your customers. Textbook shopping experience. read more

DO NOT BUY!!! Will not refund my money. Bought Koni yellows, back in July of last year. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship out. Waited 4-6 weeks, and nothing was shipped, asked again said they were still out of stock. Once November rolled around, I decided to request a refund and cancel my order. Nov 7, 2024, they said my request would be cancelled/refunded. Nothing. Followed up January 22, 2025, still no response. Scummy. read more

I wish I could give these guys a negative rating. I'm considering taking further action with the BBB. I've tried and tried to contact them 8 times today. NO ANSWER, leave voicemails, NO CALL BACK, send emails, NO REPLY. How are these clowns still in business? Their inventory is off, they give you a 45 day wait time, when you ask to cancel, they ask "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CANCEL?" Umm YES IM SURE IF I WANTED TO WAIT 45days for something I'd just have it custom made (even that, only takes 5 days + 5days to ship, if you live in CA there is places that can make things happen in 2 days) this is going out to_________________ Jeff Wong 9299 W Olive Ave STE 206 Peoria, AZ 85345 PH: 818-888-8904 x3491 Fax: 818-369-6868 Read your EMAILS AND GET BACK TO ME read more

Ordered wheels online October 8,2023. I have yet to receive Wheels, explanation or refund. I've reached out to Customer Service by way of email and telephone to no avail. Either site is a fraud or out of business. I would have left a photo of Will, but I have nothing to show. read more

They even reached out to me to make sure they worked out read more

I ordered control arms for a civic, they said they were back Ordered after I inquired they sent me the wrong ones on purpose when I tried to get a refund they told me to ship it first in order to receive a refund. I never received a refund and Jeff never replied to my emails anymore. I lost $150 hoping no one else goes through the same. I disputed it through my bank and Proparts states they fulfilled order and aren't responsible for a refund. read more

I ordered some cone shade spacer from website. All the parts was showing in stock before I final the order. Order confirmation was received right away. But I did not receive any tracking. Two weeks later I contact customer service they told me the part was back order, they claim I was notified by email which I did not have any notice. ETA claim to be in another week. I contact them again still back order. They agree to ship me the parts that is in stock twice one week after another but nothing happen. No reply to email and not answer call. Finally, they send me a tracking # that is create today. So for sure the other promise regarding to shipping out that day was a lie..... order on 8/1, first promise to ship 8/9, second promise to ship 8/16, shipment label created on 8/22 I will not buy from them again or recommend them to other. read more

Dishonorable return policy. Won't take accountability for not specifying drivetrains on coil over orders - sell incompatible parts then refuse return- delayed shipping read more

Yeah no I don't recommend ordering online, or this place in general. I bought springs for my Pontiac and I had emailed them asking when it was suppose to arrive. Then was notified by Jeff Wong that the part was out of stock, and they emailed me asking if I wanted another brand or a refund. (I never received any type of email regarding this) Not sure why they'd let me buy an item if they never had it. I ended up buying a more expensive brand and the ETA they gave me for this product was about a week, which then turned into a two week wait with no shipping updates . Product was dusty too, lol. read more

THESE GUYS SUCK!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! They advertised wheels at a certain price and billed me and never shipped.

Terrible experience. First off I never received my part. They kept telling me wait till the middle of the month, wait till the end of the month, wait untill next month, for 4 months I played the waiting game. So I decided to cancel my order. I have been waiting since November for an order. (wheels). Apparently, Jeff advertises thing on his shop he can not deliver. It is now May 14th and still no response. All he sent me was, they are on backorder. Blah, blah, blah. He has over 1200.00 of my money and will not respond back to me. Save yourself the headache. Made an order with them and later received an email stating the items I purchased were not in stock and were on backorder and would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. After having received the email I requested a refund as I needed the products asap and had found someone that had the items in stock and ready to ship. Instead they tried to sell me another product instead of going forward with the refund. After numerous emails and phone calls, which you will never speak to them on the phone as they won't answer or return your calls, I was told they would have to wait for the manufacturer to cancel their order to replenish their own stock before I would get my refund. This was not a special order product I had ordered, it was listed for sale through their website which one would assume was in stock unless the site said otherwise. Instead of just giving me my refund they wanted to try and blame the manufacturer for the delay of the refunded purchase and continue to try and persuade me to buy a different product from them. After a lengthy email, which seems to be the only way they will contact you if they decide to, they submitted the refund. Products on the site are enticing as they have good prices but what good is a "good" price if you want to receive your product in a timely manor. Use caution with this company. Business practices come across as shady and in no way professional. read more

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM. Once you place an order they send you an email a few days later wanting you to confirm you wanted it delivered. I ordered some stoptech parts from pro parts and did not hear anything for a little while so I reached out via email. I did not get a response so I tried calling, leaving a message and messaging through Instagram. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I decided to email one more time and this time I mentioned that if they did not give me an update, I would be contacting my credit card company. Of course they responded and said they hadn't received my previous email. In the end they did send me my part, but I am super big on customer service and I felt that I shouldn't have to threaten a company to communicate with me. There is too much of this behavior going on in businesses these days and the car community is one of the worst. Proparts may just be overwhelmed with orders and it's hard to keep up, but that's no excuse for not responding to emails, phone messages AND IG messages. I believe this company would be awesome if they can step up their customer service. They really have some cool stuff available. read more

Ordered WeatherTech floormats via their Amazon storefront. The mats delivered were not the ones I ordered and not for my vehicle. Usually thats no big deal. These guys charge a 20% restocking fee. 126$ floor mats are 25.50 right out of my pocket. Seems like a scam to me. Then I had to pay 49$ and some change to have them shipped back in the original box. All in all Im out 75$ for 127$ floor mats. I will never, ever do business with this joke of a company again. I ordered the clear hex mats (2 Piece Front Floor Mat) for my Inifiniti G37 and I had an issue with my order-- the front passenger mat became discolored. The mat turned yellow in various spots--- it was quite strange. I was doing some research online and read that the yellowing of plastic could be caused by UV rays. My mats are NEVER exposed to direct sunlight, so UV rays could not have discolored my mat. The passenger mat looked so horrible, that it's unusable now-- I was very disappointed because these mats were not cheap. So, I called ProParts USA and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was AMAZING! After a couple emails and a 2nd phone call, he sent me a set of BRAND NEW black floor mats! The NEW mats arrived in only a couple days!-- SUPER fast delivery!-- I was VERY impressed! The black mats look AWESOME! -- Great quality, sturdy and they stay in place. The mats fit perfectly in my Infiniti and look SHARP! I'm EXTREMELY happy with the service I received from ProParts USA and I'd highly recommend their products! Thanks again, Jeff! read more
