Yeah no I don't recommend ordering online, or this place in general. I bought springs for my Pontiac and I had emailed them asking when it was suppose to arrive. Then was notified by Jeff Wong that the part was out of stock, and they emailed me asking if I wanted another brand or a refund. (I never received any type of email regarding this) Not sure why they'd let me buy an item if they never had it. I ended up buying a more expensive brand and the ETA they gave me for this product was about a week, which then turned into a two week wait with no shipping updates . Save yourself the headache. Made an order with them and later received an email stating the items I purchased were not in stock and were on backorder and would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. After having received the email I requested a refund as I needed the products asap and had found someone that had the items in stock and ready to ship. Instead they tried to sell me another product instead of going forward with the refund. After numerous emails and phone calls, which you will never speak to them on the phone as they won't answer or return your calls, I was told they would have to wait for the manufacturer to cancel their order to replenish their own stock before I would get my refund. This was not a special order product I had ordered, it was listed for sale through their website which one would assume was in stock unless the site said otherwise. Instead of just giving me my refund they wanted to try and blame the manufacturer for the delay of the refunded purchase and continue to try and persuade me to buy a different product from them. After a lengthy email, which seems to be the only way they will contact you if they decide to, they submitted the refund. Products on the site are enticing as they have good prices but what good is a "good" price if you want to receive your product in a timely manor. Use caution with this company. TL;DR: Knowledgeable people, friendly service and VERY fast turnaround times. Not to mention competitive pricing. -------------------- I needed brake pads for my Civic Si quickly (they started to grind, so I stopped driving it) and found ProParts on StopTech's website. I called in with a couple questions about shipping times and ordered online, but then called back when I realized that I forgot to order my stainless lines. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice, and offered to place the order for me to make sure I got it the next day alongside my pads (since my caliper order was placed about 2 hours prior and had already shipped at this point). He offered me useful advice about brake fluid (sometimes one bottle isn't quite enough apparently, so it may be a good idea to have a second on hand) which was much appreciated. He also gave me some brand advice and told me a little bit more about what to expect from stainless steel brake lines. Definitely a knowledgeable guy (good hire, ProParts. I hope you're able to figure out who he was because I really appreciated his feedback.) I placed my initial order just before noon, and within two hours I had already gotten my shipping notification. That's REALLY fast... Like, beating out Amazon Prime speeds kind of fast. Both orders arrived at my door the next day (although I AM local). I like to give my business to local places whenever possible. Offering turnaround times faster than Prime with more knowledgeable people just makes that really easy on the part of your customers. I ordered some stoptech parts from pro parts and did not hear anything for a little while so I reached out via email. I did not get a response so I tried calling, leaving a message and messaging through Instagram. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I decided to email one more time and this time I mentioned that if they did not give me an update, I would be contacting my credit card company. Of course they responded and said they hadn't received my previous email. In the end they did send me my part, but I am super big on customer service and I felt that I shouldn't have to threaten a company to communicate with me. There is too much of this behavior going on in businesses these days and the car community is one of the worst. Proparts may just be overwhelmed with orders and it's hard to keep up, but that's no excuse for not responding to emails, phone messages AND IG messages. Ordered WeatherTech floormats via their Amazon storefront. The mats delivered were not the ones I ordered and not for my vehicle. Usually thats no big deal. These guys charge a 20% restocking fee. 126$ floor mats are 25.50 right out of my pocket. Seems like a scam to me. Then I had to pay 49$ and some change to have them shipped back in the original box. I ordered the clear hex mats (2 Piece Front Floor Mat) for my Inifiniti G37 and I had an issue with my order-- the front passenger mat became discolored. The mat turned yellow in various spots--- it was quite strange. I was doing some research online and read that the yellowing of plastic could be caused by UV rays. My mats are NEVER exposed to direct sunlight, so UV rays could not have discolored my mat. The passenger mat looked so horrible, that it's unusable now-- I was very disappointed because these mats were not cheap. So, I called ProParts USA and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was AMAZING! After a couple emails and a 2nd phone call, he sent me a set of BRAND NEW black floor mats! The NEW mats arrived in only a couple days!-- SUPER fast delivery!-- I was VERY impressed! The black mats look AWESOME! -- Great quality, sturdy and they stay in place. The mats fit perfectly in my Infiniti and look SHARP! I ordered some springs for my car and was notified a few days later after my order was confirmed that I need to send them a picture of my debit card . I found that very odd. They told me since it was going to a different adress that I needed to send them a picture of the debit card used. I contacted them by phone and the sales rep had told me that if I didn't want to send a picture of my debit card that my options were to cancel the order and reprocess it a different way or go through PayPal which I explained I didn't have. Now the problem I have is that the sales rep (who said he was the "Manager") failed to tell me that if I cancelled my order and replace it that it would take a few days for my money to go back into my account. Now if he wouldve told explained that to me before canceling my order I wouldve went with the other option offered. The gentleman or shall we say "manager" decided to explain that after canceling my order. As a manager I would always let my customers know there options and and let them know before their choices what are the results before I proceed on the customers decision.
