Normally I don't write reviews unless I see that the business is not honest with the customers. I brought my vehicle to this business to replace the windshield but these guys were not honest from the first phone call in the appointment tell the installation of the glass. They said at first we well install a quality windshield but they put a defective one with a magnifier at the bottom of the windshield, they knew that they were wrong but still continued and argued that we did the right job and nothing existed wrong with the windshield. They showed me another glass and said would put this since the problem of glass can't be seen in the air unless you install it in the car I said okay do it but after installation the same problem the manager told me that if I wanted a quality glass go to the dealer this is the behavior of them with the customer. Finally, I went to another store with the same amount I found another quality glass that didn't have that problem. I recommend you not to go to this business if you go then take their written agreement before you start work because they don't do what they say. Some customers might be happy with them because with the insurance they charge your insurance and pay you cashback from that but, with your pocket money don't waste your time with them. read more

I had a horrible experience with Auto Glass Express. I was told that I would receive two checks by using them to replace my windshield. One after the windshield install and one after the calibration. (Cool, I thought! Let's give it a go!!) I made an appointment for Friday between 10a and 2p. I was told by Chris that the tech would give me a call when they were on the way. At 11a, my doorbell rang. A guy from Auto Glass stated that he was there to do the calibration. He stated that they normally call ahead of time, but he didn't have my telephone, only my address. I stated that the windshield hadn't been replace yet. He apologized and left. At 1:28p, Brandon called and stated that he was in Happy Valley and according to his GPS he would be at my place in 35 minutes. I reminded him that the appointment window was 10a to 2pm. :-( He arrived. The install was complete around 2:40p. Brandon gave me a check and stated that the calibration guy was in MESA; he'd be arriving as soon as possible. (Sigh, ilive 40 minutes from Mesa!! I have somewhere to be.) I waited and waited. Vemo(?) Arrived at 4:47. (Unbelievable) After he completed the calibration, I asked about the check. He stated that he didn't have a check and dispatch should have told me that. I advised that I hadn't spoken to dispatch. He stated that he would call then and have them Cash App the money. That didn't happen. The next day, I called. The rep stated that she wasn't aware of the situation but she'll Zelle the money. She collected my info, but to this day no money, no phone call. That's fine. I just wanted to share my experience. When I got into my vehicle, I notice the unit the holds my rear view mirror was loose. I had to adjust the component so that it was snug and didn't dangle. I have another car that need a windshield replacement. I will not be using Auto Glass Express. read more

I called needing a windshield for my truck urgently. They worked hard and to get my business by giving me a great price ($180 less then Safelight) and told me to come in an hour earlier than they opened so I could be on the road to head out of town. I arrived on time as did the receptionist but she didn't greet me. The techs were 15 minutes late and also didn't acknowledge me. The install took twice the time quoted but I would take that and have the job done right. When I got in my car, the dash was covered in debris and tiny pieces of glass which was disappointing. I was greeted immediately when i got out of my car. I felt so welcomed! I came in to get a chip repaired on my windshield. Saxton got it done within 15 minutes on a Saturday. I was in the waiting room. The waiting room made me feel like i was at home. There was a tv and refreshments. The couches were so comfortable and the decor was touching. Saxton work was outstanding! The chip was fixed and i felt so relieved. Saxton took time out of his busy day to talk to me and educated me on the auto services that him and his team provided. I needed a windshield replacement. I needed to drive out of town the next day. They were there for me with in 2 hours to do the job and took less than 40 minutes to do a proper install. I have had several windshields replaced since 1978. This was by far the best install I have had. The man who did my install was very knowledgeable. I forget his name but not his hair. The company reached out to me to have my windshield replaced and initially I said no due to bad experience with them in the past. Erin called back just a few hours after I said no and swore it wasn't their company and they would give me $150. I agreed and set it up and the day they were supposed to come they were a no-show because the manager or owner didn't schedule me in for the day. The guy did call and say it was all his fault and wanted to reschedule. Luckily I didn't drive to phx just for this repair but I was still irritated and should've canceled with them then!! We rescheduled and the guy came early and did his job. So I reach out to Erin for the $150 and she says they will get it to me the next day. They didn't send the money and all of a sudden she is no longer answering her phone or messages. I call the office and they can't seem to figure out what's going on and they never call me back either! So, I keep calling until finally somebody from the office gets her to Call back and she said she mailed the check Tuesday Nov 9th but by this time it was Nov 12th and I hadn't received anything. I agreed to wait until Wednesday Nov 17th and if I didn't get it she would zelle me the money. So Thursday Nov 18th I call and text but of course no response. Erin also told me to just call her so the office doesn't get stressed by this. Friday Nov 19th I decided to call the office again and left a message for Veronica and was told she would call me back the same day. I didn't receive a call back. I'm extremely frustrated because they reached out to me even after telling them no and the ONLY reason I agreed was the $150. This is so unprofessional and I will never do business here and I hope whoever reads this avoids them at all costs!!! All they wanted was to get their money and now they're ignoring me. Had a horrible experience with this company second time around. As far as installation I had no problems. Install guys were great. My problem was with them attempting to calibrate my windshield on my 2020 GMC Terrain. They attempted 3 times to NO avail which was a complete waste of time you think. They sent the same tech twice who was the so called expert both techs used location as a excuse but both techs serviced car at home or at office ? After multiple call backs they finally agreed to change out windshield again blaming it on the windshield they installed. They reinstalled an exact windshield and finally agreed I take it to GMC for safety calibrations and they would pay for it. I have waited over two weeks for check in the mail and today I had to call and demand my refund , all of a sudden they could send it to my bank account ASAP ! Then they only sent me a partial refund so guess what had to call back again and complain to get the balance sent again ! Save yourself a BIG HEADACHE and go elsewhere!!! Consumer beware ! read more

Where do I start??? I'll just say that I was impressed with the service from Auto Glass Express. From the scheduler, Paul....to the workers, like Xavier...to the owner, Saxton. These guys rock! I am a stickler for good customer service and they delivered. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were very professional. All the gentlemen were....gentlemen. I received reminders and follow up calls, which was super. And to top things off, after a terrific install and recalibration, they handed my 2019 Camry back over to me vacuumed with an air freshener to boot! Kudos to Auto Glass Express!!!! I have brand new car, with LKA And Lane departure features. Because the car has a camera mounted on the windshield the car had to be calibrated so those features can work when the windshield is replaced. The shop claims they did the job right but but those features are not working as they were. Decided to agree to disagree and now i have to take car to the dealership and pay out of pocket. Definitely Would NOT recommend, especially if your car has any kind of new driving assist technology like lane departure ect. read more

Absolute Worst Company I've ever dealt with! I scheduled an appointment and it took them 4 days to fit me in. They said they would be at my house from 8am-12pm and did not arrive to my house until after 4pm. Once they got here they managed to shatter the brand new windshield they had just installed and replaced. He informed me I'd have to wait another 7 days for them to put in a new one. The cracks are right in my line of sight and this is a huge safety hazard for me and my mom! On top of all this the manager (Xavier) was extremely rude on the phone and told me that he would do "NOTHING" to make this right!!! . . . . . . I appreciate you guys trying to make it right! SCAM ARTISTS! I went in to have my truck washed, they noticed a few rock chips and said they could fill them for free through my insurance company. As I have had this done before I agreed as I knew the process. They had me speak with my insurance company and they said I would get a call within a few days then I could come back to get them filled. I never received that call, about two weeks later I received an email stating that a claim had been filed, (and completed)! When the work was NEVER COMPLETED. I went back in to try and talk with them about it and they pretty much told me I was out of luck because there was no way to prove that the work wasn't completed. Now I have a full claim on my insurance for work that was never completed! Don't trust these people!! read more

Derick was a huge help, called Wednesday night after talking to another company who I wasn't happy with at all and he was able to get me in for the next day at whatever time slot I wanted. Guy who came out and did the window did an awesome job and actually gave me a rebate check before hand unlike these other companies that try to send it in the mail, or try to give you other things they give you the money first and foremost. They also recalibrated my car as well as I have a Yukon Denali and so it has to be after I get the windshield replaced. I noticed something weird with the rubber after looking at it today and talked to Derick and he's going to send a tech out Tuesday morning to check it out and make sure there is no issues and he said if there were he would fix it for me no problems at all. They did my windshield fine, but I have a new car that required recalibration and they told me that I had to come in for that. I came in for that reason and they told me they could not do it and that someone would be reaching out to me. I never got a call and it's almost impossible to get ahold of them. They quoted me 200$ cash back but only gave me 100$ and said I would get the other 100$ when they come to recalibrate. I should have know that would have been a problem because when I was sitting there getting my windshield fixed another customer came in extremely upset about an unfinished recalibration job. Overall they are slow and passive when it comes to getting things done. You have to be the one to follow up and almost bug them to get anything done or they won't. read more

I can't say enough about the level of customer service I was provided with. As a business owner here in the valley, I believe customer service is what truly separates those who do business and those that love what they do. And the ladies we worked with, love what they do... or they fake it real well. Michele and Sheena assisted us with getting the replacement window ordered on our first van. They made the process as simple as it could be. I placed the call, they found out the info on the vehicle and got everything scheduled and ordered. Two days later my van had a brand new window, with no issues. In fact it was such an easy process, I called them back and had them replace the other vans windshield. I will say the process wasn't without incident, one of the vans had a top strip that became loose. However, solid customer service made it a small hiccup. The strip was fixed within a day and I can't thank the manager, Veronika for all her help throughout the process and the follow up. I won't use another company for glass problems, these ladies have earned my business for life. It's nice to have a company that makes you feel like family! My husbands f250 had a crack across the windshield. We contacted auto glass express for a replacement & scheduled. Scheduling went fine, they came out the next day. I requested a tint strip on the new windshield which they said wasn't a problem. When the installation person showed up, no tint visor was there. We proceeded anyhow even though we were promised a tint visor. After installing the new windshield, the dashboard was left a mess full of crumbs and pieces from taking out the previous window. Also, our trucks alarm sensor was left hanging there after being knocked off. We were not impressed with this company. read more

The employee was friendly and timely who came to replace a broken window in our car door. However, he had insufficient tools for the job and did a poor job of cleaning out the broken glass from inside the door panel and my husband had to step in to clean it out with our own shop vacuum. In addition, he also left a piece of broken glass in the weather stripping and it was scraping the new glass - my husband was the one who noticed the error and corrected this issue. read more

When I needed to replace the windshield on my vehicle, I went online to get quotes. I submitted three requests at the same time. Within a minute, Mercedes from Auto Glass Express called me and gave me a quote. She was assertive but not pushy and offered me a deal that I could not pass up. She was even able to schedule my replacement for the next day. Ricardo, my installer, he came to my house right on schedule and began the replacement. He was quick and professional and his workmanship was great. When the replacement was done, Ricardo handed me $175 in cash. If I ever need another windshield replaced, I will call Auto Glass Express!
