I made the mistake of using an out of network glass shop and it cost me over $2000 out of my pocket because they damaged my vehicle and they wouldnt stand by their warranty. They said the dent and paint damage was there before they installed my windshield.

I made an appointment and they were able to send someone the following day, to my work, during the hours of 8-3 (SO convenient!). Bryan showed up right around 8am and was very fast and efficient in replacing the window (it was literally 10 minutes!). Later (about an hour) went out to my car to close my windows and saw that the long piece wasn't going through the hole it was supposed to when I lock/unlocked the car. Called Select Glass and a very polite receptionist answered and called the technician Bryan and said she would call me right away once she spoke with him. Within 5 minutes he called me back, I explained what was going on, and he said he was on his way to fix it. Fixed it easily and then went on his way. They came out over 7 months ago to assess the issue with a window balancer. The technician removed the old balancer and said he needed to order a new one and would come back in a couple of weeks. Months went by and I never heard from them again. I contacted Select Glass and informed them. The said they weren't surprised because that technician doesn't work for them anymore. Another technician came out a month ago WITHOUT the balancer and stated he needed to order it and would be back in 1-2 weeks. Never heard from them again. I called them again today and the receptionist said the woman handling my issues was on the phone and would call back in 5-10 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called back and receptionist stated the woman handling this was in a meeting which is why she didn't call back in 5-10 minutes. I finally get the woman in charge of this circus and she said they just got the part in last Wednesday. I asked if they were still using the Pony Express for ordering and delivering supplies. In any case, she stated they could come out in about 2 more weeks to fix the issue. So, it literally took them almost 9 months to address, and hopefully fix my window balancer. If you have 3/4 of a year to wait, then Select Glass is your number 1 choice......
