Julio is a great dude and the work he did on my truck was perfect. The vehicle was returned to me just like when I got it from the dealership. I had to travel almost an hour to get to the shop but it was totally worth it. Hopefully, I won't need their services again from doing something stupid, but if I do I will not hesitate to contact Triple J Auto.

That night i was going to drive somewhere but my ignition wasn't working. The key wasn't going in anymore and there was so much fluid in it like he put oil. I reached out the next day and he wasn't answering. I had to get the full ignition replaced which cost me almost $500. The door cylinder worked but I'm not sure what he did to the ignition or why he even messed with it. Very upset I paid him and will never be going back. Ignition was perfect before I took it there. Don't waste your money going there.

I even had them build me an exhaust once. Their prices are very good and the value for their work is exceptional in my opinion. This time when we called for a windshield we asked about a window regulator and as it turns out they fix them!!! They actually rebuild the stock one that comes in the car which means you get an OE product that's been reconditioned to factory. AMAZING! I would recommend these guys all day! I was going to only give 5 stars because how far they are from me but that's not their fault since they've been in the same spot forever and it's me that's moved away.

From the first phone call to get a quote for my car, to questions I had along the way Freddy was there to answer fast & very informative, he Gave me suggestions on what tint to select based on my preferences (and having little knowledge about what tint is legal in AZ), Zero pressure to choose and very patient with me as we figured out what would suit my wants and need for my vehicle. There was no hidden fees or trying to up-charge for random silly things, very affordable prices . I was in and out in under an hour. Thank you!!
