Came here to get my vehicle fixed after someone hit my car and completely took the front bumper cover & fender liners off. They were very professional & quick. Eddie was fantastic at communicating how things were going as well as updating the timeline to the insurance company to ensure my rental car would remain covered while my vehicle was being completed. The other party's insurance covered my repairs, but I would say it was a great value for everything that was done. Front bumper cover, energy absorber, render liners, color match painted for $1,200. I recently was rear ended on my way to Sedona and I chose Caliber collision for the repairs. I read the reviews and instantly was deterred, but with a business like this, people will review only when upset. I brought my car into Caliber Collision and was nicely greeted by the front desk lady and was told an evaluator would meet me out front. Within 10 minutes, I was shown what would be replaced and the timing. They quoted me 21 days, but they ended out fixing it in 11 days. I am happy with the service and quality of the repair. My car had damage to the roof, fender and front windshield from a tree falling on it. Caliber had the vehicle for over 3 weeks and when it was ready for pick up, there were many flaws with the repairs. The paint was bubbled along the roof, the fender was also smeared and had paint defects. Caliber kept the vehicle to fix it, had it another couple days and provided a rental car for their error, which was honorable and they should have. I went to pick the car up again and there were obvious issues with the weather stripping being put back on. They ordered new weather stripping and said they'd follow up with me Monday. That night I noticed there is overspray all over the hood from the paint repairs they just did. I immediately text the adjuster, Riki and he assured me they'd take care of it and he'd call me after looking at what options they had. Upon calling the office the next day, "the manager was out sick with his kid"and Riki wasn't available. The lady said he would call me Monday 8/25. I did not get a call Monday 8/25 or Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning at 8am, was given excuses by Cory (the manager) as to what may have happened and he said he'd follow up with me later that day. It's Thursday and I still have no follow up. I was patient on the first go around of errors, but this seems to be their normal course of business and a repeat cycle I can't get out of. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. I have wasted so many hours dealing with this place and still don't have these issues resolved. read more

They then gave my damaged car back to me to wait on a parts. 6 months later, after many calls, and a trip to a different shop, I had to call the insurance company and complain before they took my car back to fix it. They had to replace the front end, I told them to make sure to align the cameras. When I picked my car up, the assisted cruise control would not engage because they failed to do the alignment. So I had to take it back. Also, they did not replace the nicked up tires, I had to buy my own, AND they did not replace they damaged windshield, told me I had to file a separate claim. I was pissed, but I let it slide... then several months later, I noticed that the paint was flaking and pealing off of my replacement bumper. Geico said they would warranty all repairs if I went to their shop. So I went back to the shop. They guy looked at my bumper and said "No, they will not cover it because their were some scrap marks under the bumper, but they can give me an estimate to repaint it that I can pay for myself." What the H? Those scrape marks are from the occasional parking blocks thats are too high. In my 30+ years of driving, I have never had a car that had the paint flake and peel off of the bumper, even with hitting the occasional parking block. They know this was some crap repair work, and now the value of my car is ruined. I will never go to this shop again, and I recommend that you pass it up too. read more

I called on November 29, 2022, and made this appointment for yesterday, January 23, 2023, at 2:20 pm. The nice man walked around my car, drew on it is blue and red marker all over the car and told me he would be in contact with me. This morning I got the call from Caliber informing me that they could not work on my car because it was ELECTRIC and not gas. This is a door panel not a hit in the batteries, or underbody, just a nick in the door panels. This is outrageous. I waited TWO MONTHS, to find this out! Later, I come to find out that Caliber did not want to work on it because the paint shed has temps higher than 250*F, KIA warns them to not put the all electric car in the shed with a required maximum 148*F from KIA specs. Still this is not justification to have a person wait two months to get rejected. Very poor customer service or they do not care. read more

This place is a complete mess, call one of the MANY other body shops in the area. I submitted a quote online, submitted all the pics and they sent me back a quote. It was great. Then I booked my appointment, which they are about 3 months out. So when I finally show up for my appointment they say they don't work on electric cars. Why did you quote and provide an estimate? So this is a copy of my review on google, I can't honestly recommend this place out of good faith, I've been dealing with these guys since June 2023 to finish my car. They completely butchered the paint and the bumper is three different whites and doesn't match the car at all. They keep telling me they need an out of stock item to make it match and they'll call me back. I just don't believe them any more. I just want my car fixed. This place is absolutely awful. The Caliber estimator, Kelly J at the Litchfield Park location, reported FALSE information to my insurance company. When I spoke to my adjustor, towards the end of this Caliber nightmare, she informed me that they denied repairs on some of the accident damage because Caliber notified them that there was accident damage - and THEN there was "also" rock damage - separate, which is NOT true at all - we have pictures showing the paint scrapes leading to the paint damage they denied. Caliber is a Geico preferred Auto Repair Xpress repair shop... I'm not sure if this has something to do with the false information - I don't know if they work together to do BS like this or what. On top of reporting false information to the insurance, Kelly called us to pick up our vehicle knowing that the repairs they completed were not properly repaired as well as KNOWING THAT CALIBER ACTUALLY CAUSED NEW DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE, but regardless, she STILL thought it was ok to call us to pick up our vehicle in this condition and then proceed to tell us everything looked good to her and claimed that she didn't have any clue about the new damages, claiming - perhaps it is was already there or perhaps it was "storm damage", which is mind blowing to say the least! Especially because there is a CAMERA installed in the vehicle that clearly shows her looking at the NEW damage in shock as well as trying to scribble on the accident damage... Yet, when we arrive to pick up the vehicle, she LIES - AGAIN. Camera also shows employees going to sit in the vehicle and have long drawn out conversations about their relationships while doing nothing but sitting in the vehicle - apparently it was their getaway spot with air conditioning. On top of everything, there was NO communication about my vehicles status at all - The only time I was updated was when I would call in and speak with the front desk. Our vehicle was kept at Caliber for a TOTAL OF 20 DAYS, only to have the front passenger wheel well fender area replaced (part came in fast) and buffed - They did not even repair all damage, yet they kept it 20 days - absolutely ridiculous! However, there was a Caliber staff member on the camera footage saying "I don't give a sh*t, this isn't my vehicle so why the hell do I care". I guess this explains WHY my vehicle was kept so long and why I received the terrible service I received... The low level of service and lack of care for customer vehicles is absolutely appalling, to say the least. I would not return to this place, not if it was the last autobody shop on earth. read more

WOW WOW WOW! What a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision on Camelback road. I unfortunately had a run in with a HUGE piece of tire on the 10 and my front bumper did not survive the impact. I contacted my insurance company who referred me to Caliber Collision. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and a rental car through my insurance was provided for me there and ready to pick up as I dropped my car off. The staff was wonderful and super efficient. Soraya was my main contact and explained everything in detail. I received text updates and got a call from her updating me as well! WONDERFUL COMMUNICATION! My car was ready to be picked on a Thursday... that's it, 2 days! All in all it was a great experience and while I don't want to have to see them any time soon, next time I have an issue or damage to my car I won't think twice about bringing it to Caliber! Took car here based on recommendation from insurance company. They have had car for over a month and keep telling us "it will be just a few more days". We told them we were headed out of town on a trip and need the car back because we had to return the rental car. They then proceeded to tell us that they could have planned better if they would have known we were going out of town. WHAT?!?! So, they basically just said that they could have gotten the car done sooner and it was our fault for not telling them about the trip. I'm sorry Kelly, but that is HORRIBLE customer service!! We completely understand that it is difficult to get parts, there is a labor shortage, etc., etc., whatever. All we asked is for an accurate time estimate so we could plan around it. I guess that's too difficult for this company to do. As of writing this review, we still have no idea when we will get the car back. The latest estimate is 5-6 more days.... but they told us they had all of the parts 3 weeks ago and now they don't. I have no idea what to believe from this company. After reading through some reviews here I can see that we aren't the only people that have experienced bad communication from Kelly. read more

My insurance covered a certain amount on my rental I agreed to cover the rest but I get a call towards the end of them fixing my car I get a call that Caliber was going to cover the rest of rental fees for taking a little longer than expected which was great. I go to return the car and pick up my own I ask again is there anything I owe they said NO we took care of it.... A week later I get a charge over $100 dollars that Caliber decided to only pay 7 days and I cover 8 days without telling me about I find out cause I got an alert of a charge I call I speak to a lady and says same thing. Manager I'm guessing texts and says why I gave them a low review I said no communication is terrible customer service is terrible and I'm still stuck with charge no kind of follow up phone call atleast not text on how to make it right. You know what they say when service is great you'll tell 10 friends but when is terrible service you'll tell your 60k followers on social media about Caliber and not to go there management is terrible. Don't say you're going to do something and go back on your word I would've paid it but Caliber collision said they'll pick up the tab and then you get a charge surprisingly not cool Caliber not cool. read more

I was not impressed with the receptionist today (1/23/19). From the moment I walked in, I was dropping off my sister's car for an estimate with Geico, the manner in which she answered my questions made me feel dumb... Like "duh, isn't that obvious?". When compared to another elderly customer that walked in next to be served, it was quite different. I also felt that she was not at all friendly or welcoming. Disappointed. Have used this repair shop for a number of years. Their work has always been very good. Received an online estimate of repairs for our 2019 Lexus GX and made an appointment to drop off the car After a walk around with the estimator, he confirmed the estimate a reminder there might be hidden damage. I signed the repair agreement and then he said: we will have to do a re-calibration of the front cruise control sensor. It would add an additional 20% to the estimate. I felt like I was dealing with a used care salesman. I asked if I could sign a waiver and not do the recalibration and he said yes. A few minutes later, his boss came out and said they couldn't do that and they would not fix the vehicle without doing the recalibration. The cost to do the sensor work was $400. I declined, told them I was disappointed in the way they handled the added price, got my keys back and left. Will not do business with an underhanded outfit like Caliber. read more

Terrible communication! Brandon at the Litchfiled park location is the worst. he was dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. My truck was supposed to be ready by the end of the day on July 8. I called to confirm it's on schedule. i was told it was. i was notified by the claims adjuster Brandon has not gotten back with her to arrange payment. Close of business my truck not ready. Brandon tells me the insurance hasn't paid so he can't release the truck. i said I will pay with a credit card. he said they don't accept that. i said of course you do. what ia your next excuse. then Brandon says they haven't been able to calibrate the truck. really! no ETA on when it will be done! Monday August 5, our car was towed to Caliber Collision due to front end undercarriage damage. We informed them that we must have our car returned no later than Thursday due to leaving on vacation Friday. We received a call at 10:00am Tuesday informing us the car was repaired. Unbelievable! The damaged part was not a normal stock item. They must have had it expediently shipped and completed the repair Tuesday morning. My rating with Caliber with our recent repair is very poor. Prior to deciding to utilize our USAA insurance we received several estimates from different body shops ranging from $3500 to about $5000. We decided to go with Caliber because we previously had good service. Our 2016 Nissan was delivered on April 13th and about 10 days later we were told it was "a Total loss". We were shocked and confused because of all of the estimates we received. We were told by Caliber that the absolute most it would cost even if there was internal damage was $5000. The "total" estimate was $11,100 just enough to consider it totaled. We decided to pick it up and drive it down the street to "fix" who is also contracted with USAA. Guess what their final estimate was? $5100. not a total or even close. Apparently Caliber has been doing this a lot with other USAA customers. If it is not a small fix they don't want it because they are busy enough they can "cherry pick". We will never do business with Caliber after this and we have USAA launching an investigation in regards to this! No one should be toyed with this like this!! Businesses should be honest and have integrity!! read more

Our Camry was hit while parked at the post office by a runaway car that was left in drive by mistake. We took the car to three local body shops based on their reviews. Caliber Collision had excellent reviews and was the most professional from the estimate process through the repair. Dakota did our estimate and explained in detail what work was required. The estimate was detailed breaking out labor, paint, material for each area of the car to be repaired. The stand alone building or shop they own looks professional including the customer lobby area that provides coffee and even has a popcorn machine. Very impressive operation from the front end through the body shop. Our car was brought in on Monday and picked up on Wednesday. Yes completed ahead of schedule. Their work was excellent and no sign of damage. Paint was a perfect match and they even detailed the car inside and out. Caliber Collision is a National Company and without question is the best body shop I have ever experienced. Dakota is a real professional and took care of us from the estimate to the final pick up.
