This company is a joke. I've had multiple repairs done at this facility. Their customer service is poor at best, craftsmanship is shoddy, and not someone I would recommend. I decided to offer one more opportunity to this company. I booked a 0730 appraisal on their website. I showed up at 0730 and got a call as I was pulling in that they do not do anything before 0830. When I asked why the website allowed me to pick the time the caller stated it wasn't her fault it was a function of the website. Please let me ask you, who controls the website? Stopped by and was told someone could take a look to give an idea. Jeff Sutton took a look at it and I asked if the dent could be pulled out, instead of being replaced. I was referred to Caliber Collision through my insurance company as my car was a casualty of tire junk on the highway. (The vehicle in front of me ran over and kicked up a piece of shredded tire, I was able to dodge that piece because I kept my distance from the truck but ended up hitting and running over another, much bigger piece of shredded tire!!) The accident ripped the entire front lip off of my bumper, severely damaging both sides and bottom of the bumper and ripped/damaged the wheel well & splash guards as well as some of the fittings under my radiator. As if the accident wasn't stressful enough, I was so afraid it would be weeks before I would get my car back. I was so wrong!! I can't even begin to say how wonderful Caliber Collision was through the entire process. My service advisor, Jason F. was able to explain what the process was and kept me in the loop the entire time! I never had to wonder if my car was being worked on or when my car would be ready. I got my car back in about 1 1/2 weeks, (exactly as I was informed) which is amazing, considering I had aftermarket parts which was damaged and had to be replaced! I called ahead for an estimate to have a few moldings on my car repaired. I met with Jeff who listened to my concerns and fixed my two issues on the spot. He also had his technician, Pedro, remove a front passenger door panel to diagnosed a locking problem that would require me to order a part. He instructed me on what part I should order and then offerred to replace it free of charge once it comes in. I am so impressed with Jeff and Pedro and their quick and quality service to me. PLEASE! Read the negative reviews, I've experienced the same service going through insurance. I trusted the service will be best because they're contracted with my insurance- it's the complete opposite- The absolute worst service from walking in to picking up my vehicle. First off, when I walked in for my appointment. The front desk does not greet you, simply verify your name and ask if you have the check from insurance company. Secondly, I was injured in an auto accident and had to sit for a little for comfort. My advisor, Jeff, walked over and rushed that I sign off paperwork with no regards. I advised I will shortly but wanted to sit for a while as I finished call with insurance company. My rental car company arrives to pick me up, he then proceeds and tell her "Make sure she doesn't leave until she signs" as if he just didn't tell me the same thing 2 minutes ago. At that very moment, I didn't follow my instinct to just cancel my appointment and find another auto body shop. This is the worse part- Jeff, advises my insurance carrier/adjuster that some damages on my vehicle was not due to the auto accident. Which resulted in me going back and forth with the adjuster and as you know insurances want to pay little to nothing- if they're able to. The damages was less than $150 that I could have paid out of pocket, but was due to the accident and I wasn't going to pay for damages I didn't cause. So, using insurance they rush your vehicle out and do the minimum. It is truly best to go through the brand of your vehicle for repairs- DON'T Be persuaded by their lifetime warranty and go through the brand of your vehicle/body shop not contracted with your insurance to ensure you get quality work and no hassle with getting the repairs from accident repaired. Lastly, Jeff called me consistently when they rushed car to be ready with incomplete repairs from accident. He would leave voice messages that the rental will not be covered unless I picked car up immediately- as if I had to drop everything and come. However, my insurance carrier had already extended the rental vehicle and emailed me that I wasn't going to be charged. This advisor had no regards to the pain I was in from the accident and had me going back and forth with insurance for repairs. I received my car and the bumper looks hot glued on, my rear driver door is now stiff, and my back up camera is showing the bottom of my vehicle- so, he rushed me to pick up my vehicle without ensuring the repairs were up to standards. The worse that could happen after an accident is going to a body shop that's going to make your experience worser than the auto accident. Please wait the weeks other shops have- they're booked for a reason. read more

I had my jeep in a collision in caliber was the recommended body shop in surprise Arizona the manager there told me it was OK to leave my stuff in the vehicle, which was very special items of value only to me, yet they were stolen. They took pictures of everything and only offered to replace the first aid kit, even though the picture showed all of my other items that were stolen out of the vehicle. As someone who suffers from PTSD, and is a combat veteran, some of the items that were stolen, were very, therapeutic items and yet caliber collision, refuses to take accountability and keeps giving me the runaround. I had the front bumper of my '20 Nissan Murano coming loose on the passenger side. Nissan dealership was "helpful" and offered that if it was them they'd fix it with double-sided tape. So much for the dealer. I stopped by Caliber and asked them to take a look. I found out that my Carfax "no accidents" Hertz car had been in one, and the passenger side front had taken some damage, resulting in a less-than-great repair (probably in-house at Hertz), and the bracket holding the bumper cover on had broken. After some quick checking, I was given the news - it might be a simple repair with a replacement bracket, or it might be an extensive repair, and they wouldn't know until they looked inside. Made the appointment, dropped it off on Sunday evening, and got a call at 10:30 Monday that it was ready. They were quick, professional, and upbeat, repaired it perfectly, and even washed my filthy car! I have other small stuff that needs to be fixed eventually, and I'll definitely be back. read more

This place is terrible. The estimate was done on 7/16 and as of today 8/12 the truck is still not done. This was a rear end collision with basically just the back end needing to be replaced. However, the truck was not driveable as the driver's seat was damaged in the accident. They havent even fixed the seat yet despite having received the part. We used them because they were on the "preferred list" from Liberty Mutual but we will never use them again. My husband demanded the truck by tomorrow and they still wont be putting the new seat in so he has to drive it in an unsafe condition. never kept us up to date about when it would be done. It only took three months, and multiple calls to my insurance company, but my truck is finally fixed. So, back in April somebody backed into my truck in a parking lot. Didn't leave a note, or anything, but I have insurance, so I called Geico, who then sent me to Caliber Collision. Here is a timeline of the frustration of having my truck repaired here: May 1: I dropped my truck off at Caliber. May 2: I received an estimate that my truck repairs would be completed on May 10. May 9: I received a message that the repairs on my truck were complete, minus a plastic panel that "will be in the following week" by the service advisor. May 18: I called the shop and am told that the panel is on back order, "but will be in next week" by the service advisor. May 26: I called the shop and am told once again that the part "will be in next week" by the service advisor. June 2: I called the shop, and left a voice mail for the service advisor. Never recieved a call back. June 9: I called the shop, and left a voice mail for the service advisor. Never recieved a call back. June 15: I called the shop, and left a voice mail for the service advisor. Never recieved a call back. June 22: I called the shop, and left a voice mail for the service advisor. Never recieved a call back. June 28: I called the shop, and left a voice mail for the service advisor. Never recieved a call back. July 3: frustrated that the service advisor had still not returned my calls, I go to the shop. When I walk in, I explain the situation to the lady behind the counter who then tells me "your service advisor is on vacation, and he is the only one who knows where the part is." I ask to speak to a manager, and am told to leave. I ask to speak to an manager and the lady yells at me that she will call the police if I do not leave. I leave. July 5: I call my insurance company. The agent that I first spoke to tells me that the service advisor had reported to my insurance that the work was complete. They elevate the case to another agent, who tells me that he will get back to me. July 12: the agent gets back to me, and tells me that my service advisor quit, and that the manager, Gary, is reordering the part because it was never ordered in the first place. July 17: I received a call, finally from Caliber stating that the part has come in. July 18: I arrive at the shop at 8:15AM and waited 45 minutes before someone drives my truck into the back and then returns it to me. Everyone is overly rude to me. So yeah.....if your insurance company tells you to go to this place I would recommend that you kindly ask your insurance agent for another place to take your vehicle. read more

If I had to use just one word to describe my dealings with Caliber Collision it would be the work HONEST I had some very minor cosmetic damage to the left side of my car - I had tried to buff it out myself but seemed to make it worse so I stopped in to Caliber Collision for an estimate. I was told it may take and hour of so to buff it out so I made an appointment and after arriving, I was ready to go home in about 20 minutes. Here's what I expected - 20 min to be rounded off to 1 hour for about $90 per hour. My car looked like new so I was glad to pay it but... The cost was $0.00. He said that it was so minor there would be no charge. So bottom line is this; if you're looking to be treated fairly and professionally - I wouldn't even look around. if youre sent here by geico stay away!! ive been going to another body shop for years and decided to give them a try because my insurance sent me. 1st let me start by saying when i first got there they all have serious faces like no smile. second the text message they send u is complete lie because when they send u it was almost ready it was not!! i i had to call in & the guy said they were low staff which is why they couldnt complete on time. 2nd. they have a note in the side window that no one can tell they are low staff so your car might take longer than expected. they should tell u before u get inside and they should have that note in front door or in front of desk & not on the side window 3rd the experience from repairing my car was awful they do not know how to install a bumper. i drove 3 times & live so far!! i thought they could get it right & they couldnt . right now its still not right but im done going back its insane. traumatized. paid so much for shitty job! 4 the color match is awful i took it to my dealership & even they noticed . 5 when i opened my hood the stick was broken and there was scuffs under it & they had scraped my brand new paint. it was new! whoever worked on my car should be fired handles parts very carelessly!! do not come here. be aware read more

They don't cut corners, and they don't max out your repair like service king did to us last month after being stuck for a 2nd time in our Volvo. They replaced my tailgate, bumper and did all the necessary paint and finishing within four days. I dropped it off on Tuesday mid afternoon, and was able to pick it back up on Friday afternoon. They really are a one stop shop with the ability to pick up and drop off your rental on site. Frequent text messages about the current status of the vehicle keep you well informed. The catalytic converter was stolen out of my son's car. We took it in to the Suprise Caliber Collision Center today for an estimate/repair work order from our insurance company. Our appointment was at 10:45 am. We met with Mr. Sutton, who immediately put us at ease and explained the entire process for us. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
